Editing my review- it seems like there's not great communication between La Redoute and Evri but I was refunded quickly when it was clear that that poor communication led to my outdated delivery address not being updated.

I think if it's not possible to update your delivery address on the same day it shouldn't say so on La Redoute's website, but they did seek to resolve it for me quickly once I pointed this out.

Requiring a pin for delivery is absurd, listen to your customers & do better Uniqlo.

Poor quality fabric, made to measure measurements slight off. Would not have purchased if I knew it was made in China.

I received numerous calls from think bank harassing me to join and asking me about “my account with them” when I never submitted my details or asked to create an account. This was followed by emails about “cancelling my application” again, which I never applied for. I have blocked these numbers and emails and I don’t know how they got my details.

Clothing I've ordered looks as it does on the website and when Evri messed up and left my package outside instead of posting they sorted the issue for me.

On 4 occasions Evri couriers have left packages on my doorstep instead of with a neighbour and packages have been stolen while saying that the package was posted through my letterbox. This is dishonest and shoddy.
