This is a good company with a good product , but they really need to get there delivery times in order , I have read a lot of reviews with mostly all loving the product but the delay in delivery is a real negative point , the company should be honest at the time of purchase & tell the customer how long before they receive the product , NOT take the cost of the purchase then receive an email saying there’s a delay ! Not a short delay 6/8 wke delay ! Come on Aeyla get your house in order this sort of issue if not addressed correctly can cause a business to fail , I have been waiting over 6 weeks & still no sign of delivery I have had to chase you to get any information this is bad for business .
AVOID! Purchased 3 months ago, no delivery!
Purchased 4 of their pillows 3 months ago - still not received my order and have been ‘fobbed off’ by their support team numerous times by promising it’s been sent out yet no proof of tracking. AVOID!
Ordered 7 weeks ago. Not received
Ordered 7 weeks ago. Told that there was a delay in shipment - presumably because the business runs on back ordering and then fulfilling to back order. Told I’d receive product by 17th Oct. Not received. No update on revised delivery expectation. Still getting daily advertising emails ! They’ve now discounted the product i ordered 7 weeks ago below the price i paid in their current adverts . Just deliver on your customer service promise. Happy customers are a better advert than promotional discounts
Untrustworthy company
Ordered in September as item showing as in stock. Receive an email the next day to say there are delays at the Port. Initially thought I would wait for it to arrive as really wanted to try the pillows, however some weeks later when I checked on the website they are still selling the pillows as in Stock with a 1-3 day delivery time. Have cancelled my order and requested a refund. Doesn’t make this company feel very legitimate.
Great product, poor delivery time!
This is my second order and it is such a shame that i have experienced delivery issues for a second time. I placed the order on the 25th August and have just received the goods today 15th October. The product is fantastic and the support staff are excellent. The supply issues are letting them down and it is the only reason i have downgraded my score.

I did hesitate to order as there are alot of bad reviews especially about delivery times. Im glad I took a chance because my personal experience was absolutely brilliant. I ordered in the evening, recieved a dispatch notification the next day with Evri tracking. My parcel was picked up by Evri the next day & delivered two days later.
I ordered the FOAMO Pillows, they arrived very well packed. I took them out & left them to inflate for a couple of hours. They are absolutely packed with memory foam. I did think I might have to take some out but I didn't actually need to as it's extremely comfortable to sleep on. I use to have two pillows but now just one of these is enough. Iv definitely slept better since using them. The covers are very good quality.
Id definitely recommend giving them a try. While I can't comment on other people's experiences I can say im very happy all round with my purchase from this company.
Two months later….
I placed an order on 22 August. It’s now 14 October and I still haven’t received it. The app promised express delivery in 2-3 business days. I had an update on 8 October to say 2-3 business days. Still nothing. Not great!

I have been waiting seven weeks for delivery, but while frustrating, Aeyla have kept me informed of the delay and reasons, and have always been polite. I am resigned to having lost my money. If the pillows arrive, then I will be pleasantly surprised. A company taking payment for products that they knowingly cannot supply is a matter for Trading Standards. I just don't have the time to waste chasing Aeyla.................

Like many people here, I placed an order almost 6 weeks ago. Almost immediately after placing the order I received an email saying it would be 'delayed by a month' due to 'port issues'. I gave them that month. Then on week 5 I sent a messaged demanding to know where the pillows were. 'good news, the pillows are with a courier'. Another week has gone by. No contact from them since. They basically took my money. Is this theft? Beginning to think so.

I bought the dual pillow after hesitating for quite some time,
I thought it's expensive
I thought will it work
I thought will it make my neck worse
Then after waking up in a lot of pain and dizziness I ordered it!
Well, thank goodness I did as at last I have found a pillow that is just right for me!
The pillow is not going to heal my neck and back condition but it has definitely helped with the pain and the horrible dizziness so all good, I would definitely say give it a go!!

Ordered on 24/08/25, Pillow delayed for over a month because of “port congestion”, I email to ask what’s going on as it was promised to be delivered in the first week of October. Now the 8th, guess what more radio silence. It might be a great product but the excuses and missed delivery dates really don’t help.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY? Giving inaccurate time frame for delivery, then telling you it's weeks before they even have them in stock, despite charging you. sent two emails, chased on social media (facebook and insta) - NO RESPONSE!!!
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling, ordered the pillow on 2 Sept on 2 to 5 days delivery and it's 5 Oct and I've still not received it and had no updates.. truly awful customer experience, i had to download a shop app to try and track my order, no way of cancelling order. I've sent email requesting a full refund on 5 Oct

Both firm and soft
I was upset to find that my order would be delayed and nearly cancelled, so glad I didn't. I can't understand that a pillow can be both firm and soft at the same time, but it is. I delayed leaving review for some weeks to make sure of this and it is true !
Disappointed with my purchase
Delivery of the pillow I ordered was late by about 2 weeks, though I was notified after placing my order. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find it's filled with little bits of un-environmentally friendly foam. It also had a very strong smell. Consequently, I am not using it.
