I have been waiting seven weeks for…

I have been waiting seven weeks for delivery, but while frustrating, Aeyla have kept me informed of the delay and reasons, and have always been polite. I am resigned to having lost my money. If the pillows arrive, then I will be pleasantly surprised. A company taking payment for products that they knowingly cannot supply is a matter for Trading Standards. I just don't have the time to waste chasing Aeyla.................

Repeat frequent flyer at Castle Fine Art Chester

I am a repeat frequent flyer at Castle Fine Art in Chester, and I consistently have a genuine and enjoyable gallery experience, thanks entirely to the fantastic staff, but particularly to Sarah.

Her knowledge of the artists Castle Fine Art represents is consummate, taking the time to understand what a client is interested in, but while keeping the whole process relaxed and personal. I’m an Americana fan and thought I knew the genre – trust me, I didn’t. I could tell Sarah actually cared about matching the right piece to the right person, not just making a sale, even advising me against overspending and getting to know the market.

Always smiling, Sarah brings a dynamic yet thoughtful energy to the Chester gallery. She’s a real credit to the team and, from my perspective, makes Chester a standout among all the Castle Fine Art locations. I have bought seven pieces from Sarah, which is a testament to her professionalism.

As always, Debbie's advice was world-class. She handled a flight cancellation so smoothly that I really didn't notice until the new flights came through. Using Travel Counsellors for my business travel saves me so much time, allowing me to focus on my work and not worry about flights and accommodation
