10 days overdue item

I innocently ordered a swimming pool on Wowcher through this company promised delivery within days. No delivery and when I try to contact they send an email saying my delivery is on a pallet. No answer ftom phones No reply on wassup. Where is my purchase? Who knows ? But they certainly took hundreds of pounds ftom me.

My mum is 87

My mum is 87
She ordered a new washing machine plus connection plus removal of her 25 year old washing machine. She waited all day no one showed up , they did not inform her. She waited two more days and they rocked up at last but said they could not connect as it meant turning off a water supply! They did not take the old machine, did not connect the new machine they still charged for these services. A plumber was called he connected the new machine and took away the old one for 100 pounds. Nice customer service Currys! Shame on you, lot of distress .

My exciting first visit to corringham pool

All excited I am 60 years old and have not been swi.ming for ages first aaua git class. No 50 p gor the locker the apathetic staff shrugged their shoulders and said they could or wouldn't change a pound do clever me I we t yo the vending machine put in 2 pounds for a 1 50 purchase to aquire 50p the machine ate my money and didn't even give me drink I did ask for assistance from the apathetic staff but they did not care they said I must call a number in Kent, I called said number and got an answer machine. The staff were not rude but I had the distinct impression I was being regarded as a thief. I went home. Thanks for an experience I hope never to repeat.
