Would give zero - never received items

This was a great little app which I used regularly. Unfortunately they’ve now changed it so I can only send things by post just based on where I live.

This of course is nonsense. If I chose to drop off a parcel at a different shop then that’s surely up to me! I mostly dropped off at a in-post near my work and my settings are set up for that. This new change has made the app unusable for me - most people don’t want the post office option because it’s too expensive.

Our dogs are super fussy but love this food! Good selection of flavours too.

The fillet steak was absolutely incredible. Also great gluten free sausages and gorgeous bacon. I have a freezer full now but on a mission to eat it all to order more lol Highly recommended!

Ordered a mirror (I should have read these reviews before). I had confirmation saying that my order had been placed and that the delivery company would be in touch. This did not happen - it arrived when we weren’t in so we were unable to check it. As soon as we picked up the box we could tell it was obviously broken.
I contacted the Range immediately asking for a replacement. Normally at this stage you expect an apology and for a new item to be sent or refund. Instead I had an email saying because it was from their “marketplace retailer” (still don’t know what that means) the need to see what they can do and have sent an email which they were hoping to get a response in three days! Five days later and nothing… I’m giving to the end of the week and will report to the bank.

Updated: received 2 months after ordering. Only communication was after I wrote this review.

Ordered in November and heard nothing. No response from customer service at all. Very likely a scam. Avoid.

Update: after writing on here it’s now arrived.

Ordered in November and still no sign. Got the order confirmation and then nothing at all. No communication of when I should expect it. Even if they’d just sent an email with some sort of date it would have been better than nothing. I’m now reporting to bank as I think this might be a scam :(

Love Dan’s work. We have framed pictures and always get a calendar every year.

If you have the choice go elsewhere. I’ve been trying desperately to get a contract and set up a direct debit since July. Impossible to get through to customer service, archaic processes mean form filling and long timescales. Still no sign of my DD but just got a bill with an overdue charge!
Seems like the engineer part of the business is great but significant investment needed in the office. At a loss as to what to do next.

Ordered and paid for box of 28 got a box of 7 symply adult wet food. Cost me £79 for 7 small trays. As per other comments no response on phone. Put a message on Facebook and they responded. It took another two weeks but eventually I did get my full order

Rehomed a dog and tried to register her microchip to me. Site designed to push you pay £30 a year to do it.

This sent all sorts of alarm bells going! After a bad review on here they contacted me and now have taken the charge without the annual subscription.

In a nutshell poorly designed website gives the impression they’re just trying to trick you to pay more but back office team were actually pretty great!

Amazing quality gluten free pies, sausage rolls and quiche! Also fab delivery as I needed it sent after a certain date which was done too :) will definitely order again!

This is sofa two and three following getting one with SCS earlier this year and loving it (three seater Theo)!
Very flexible with booking date and helpful call centre staff to change it, lots of email and text contact to let you know on the day too. Mark and Josh were great on delivery and set up. 5 stars no doubt!
