Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling, ordered the pillow on 2 Sept on 2 to 5 days delivery and it's 5 Oct and I've still not received it and had no updates.. truly awful customer experience, i had to download a shop app to try and track my order, no way of cancelling order. I've sent email requesting a full refund on 5 Oct
