I’ve waited over 3 weeks for…

I’ve waited over 3 weeks for replacement flowers to be sent out due to the first delivery only lasting a few days. Very disappointed in the level of service received and will be cancelling my subscription and getting a full refund.

Disappointed is an understatement and…

Disappointed is an understatement and judging by lots of recent reviews I’m not the only one. Flowers arrived extremely dry & wilted with some stems broken. Some of the flowers only lasted 2 days.

For the £35 price tag (which was heavily discounted) I’d expect them to last at least 2 weeks.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Spent over 33k with these guys over a 5 month period and only achieved a ROAS of 2x which didn't even cover the costs.

Lloyd, the owner, can't answer technical questions relating to your ads and the communication is abysmal. They boast that they are on hand 24/7 but I wasn't getting replies for weeks on end and Lloyd was always out of the country and would reply early hours of the morning or late at night.

If I could give 0 stars then I would

If I could give 0 stars then I would. First order with this company took 18 working days to arrive, eventhough, the website states if ordered before 5pm it will be sent out the same day. Spoke to customer services who assured me it was just a blip.

Wanted to give them another go as their products are actually good - ordered the second time and it's taken 10 working days to 'pick' my order, let alone send it out. Customer service was shocking.

In very rare circumstances, consignments which are due into our logistics warehouses can sometimes be delayed due to customs regulations. Placed 5 orders, issues with 4

I've used Solopress for the past 5 years. Never have I experienced so many issues with simple orders.

Placed 5 orders on the 22nd June - 3 of which for next day delivery, they turned up 7 days late and 2 of the jobs had very poor print quality. Received another 2 orders 4 days later, which again was extremely poor quality - banding all through the print, spot UV coming off the cards.

Spoke to customer services on 3rd July who said they would rectify issues and get the order back out to reach me by the 8th July. 10th July and still no sign of the re-printed order. Called customer services again to be told they didn't process the order. They processed it whilst I was on the phone and was told I would receive the job by 17th July.

It's now the 22nd July and still no sign of my order. Called customer services again (for the 5th time) and asked to speak to a manager, no surprise that nobody was available.

Very Poor Service...

Paid for next day delivery. Arrived 5 days late. Sent an email with no reply even after chasing on several occasions. Have sent another 2 emails asking for refund on next day delivery - no reply.

WORST COMPANY I’ve ever used!!

Possibly THE WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased a bulb online that showed it was in stock for next day delivery. Waited 3 days with no delivery. Called the number on the website at 4.45pm to be greated by a rude gentleman who told me I’d need to call back tomorrow as we’re going home.

Called the following day and asked for an update on my order and was on hold for 10 minutes... eventually I was told that the item was out of stock and they were waiting for it to come into stock. At no point did he apologise for the delay or offer me a discount - the only option he gave me was to upgrade the order to something more expensive (but the same product/bulb).

I asked for a refund and a time of how long it’ll take to reach my bank to which he said he could do it immediately... then at the last minute of the call said it will take 3-4 working days.

Extremely poor customer service! No email received with order confirmation or any call to let me know the product I ordered wasn’t in stock!! Stay well clear.
