I'm not over pleased with the pillow I purchased, it fluffs up after sleeping on it ,back a lovely bouncing pillow,but it's goes so flat to sleep on ,it isn't doing what I expected from reading what it's supposed to do ,ie help with back & neck problems,the impression given isn't anything like is shows,
I'm dissatisfied with the money it cost ,I would like to return it
& get a refund, if this is possible I've had it a week
I'm so sorry it hasn't worked out was truly hoping

Very good customer service the best I've known to be honest, I made a mistake with my order I got a bit anxious but no need sorted in quick time

Alas was a great sales rep and a very lovely fitter who came to install my blinds the blinds are absolutely stunning would definitely recommend this company
