Mixed experience for dual pillow

Ayela seems like a great company. Their offers are good and their communication is excellent. The delayed dispatch wasn't great, and, as this has happened twice now, this might be how they operate, perhaps? My husband likes his dual pillow, but it's far, far too soft for me, unfortunately. I've tried again by ordering the FOAMO (delivery has been delayed!), so fingers crossed I love it when it eventually gets here.

Exceptional customer service

When everything goes smoothly, it's easy (albeit not as common as it should be!) for companies to give excellent service. I find that servicewhen there's an issue is the real test. On that subject, I received a faulty bottle with my gas exchange order. I contacted SodaStream, and after a few questions, Adam identified that the bottle was indeed faulty & arranged for a replacement bottle to be sent out at no cost. I had a problem with the returns label for the faulty bottle, and Nikitha Sanker quickly provided a solution.
My experience with Adam & Nikitha leads me to believe that SodaStream are responsive, helpful & customer-focused.

Review of Conveyancing Expert Limited

Stressful and difficult

Dealing with Conveyancing Expert has been awful, with the notable exception of Bethany Lawton, who was excellent - unfortunately, my only contact with Bethany was on the day of completion. I cannot recommend this company.

Numerous mistakes were made throughout the whole process, for example:

I was given incorrect information regarding the documents required during the onboarding process. As an example, I asked if my marriage certificate would be required, as my father's will was made before my marriage. I was told that it was not needed, then it was requested later in the process. This caused additional expense and inconvenience. When I subsequently raised this, I was advised that the Onboarding Team was new and inexperienced.

When the contract was initially sent through, it was incorrect. I had to flag the error to the person dealing with the case.

I was advised that the house was held as Joint Tenants when I had previously provided evidence that it was actually held as Tenants in Common.

I was asked to submit the same documents more than once - again, more expense and more inconvenience. When I spoke to a different person due to my solicitor's emergency leave, I was advised that different people saved documents on the system in different ways, so sometimes it was difficult to find those documents.

Amazing customer service from Celine!

I bought a starter kit from Boots back in November '23. It's great quality & so comfortable to use. Unfortunately, the mechanism that clips the blade cartridge onto the handle failed yesterday, so I contacted Estrid asking what I should do. This morning, I received a reply from Celine with a link to a replacement handle for free. I ordered this morning & have already received a shipping confirmation. Amazing service!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service from start to finish. I received a call to arrange a delivery day, followed with details of the 4 hour delivery window on the day before delivery. The 2 man team gave me a call 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Delivered the mattress to the bedroom & took all of the wrapping away. They were friendly, funny & professional - they operated in a Covid-secure manner.
If only all delivery companies were this good!

Animal testing

I love Elemis - you are my absolute favourite brand. Your products are effective & your customer service is second to none (particular shout out to Rosie - super helpful).
I have just learned that following the acquisition by L'Occitane, Elemis products are now sold in China, meaning that by law, they are tested on animals.
I am so disappointed & regret that you have lost my custom.

We ordered a king size deluxe all season duvet in the winter sale.

Very happy with the price paid and delivery was quick, with clear notifications.

The duvet is gorgeous - really nice weight, toasty warm but not too hot & clearly well made.
