Suspect this is a fraudulent company.
Like many people here, I placed an order almost 6 weeks ago. Almost immediately after placing the order I received an email saying it would be 'delayed by a month' due to 'port issues'. I gave them that month. Then on week 5 I sent a messaged demanding to know where the pillows were. 'good news, the pillows are with a courier'. Another week has gone by. No contact from them since. They basically took my money. Is this theft? Beginning to think so.

Fast delivery and quality product for the price. I wish the ball stops at the end were a little smaller but that is just a preference. In terms of value, this company is brilliant.

The staff at the Nottinghill branch were so brilliant. Went through fabric samples and never lost patience with all my questions. So knowledgable. Nice touch with the free drink and mug gift as we left. Got my dream sofa!

Customer Service was very good, after an order placed was delayed for a substantial amount of time. They really tried to resolve it and products arrived in the end.

I am blown away by the customer service at Victorian Plumbing. I receive my Milan rain shower and it had a damaged riser bar. A customer advisor, Fran Clover, dealt with the issue quickly and sent out a replacement shower. Really apprieciated.

I wish my journey had been as seamless as the reviews and install videos suggest. I decided to buy a Hypedome for a family member who needed a private space. It was advertised as 'easy' to assemble. I had a long chat with a rep, and even though I was anxious that the company was in fact in based in Poland, and that there was no team you could call in the UK to help set it up, I decided to go for it. Well... it takes three people minimum: one studying the instructions and peeling endless sheet of plastic from both sides of each panel (that cut your skin) and two drilling. My delivery came without an item that helps keep its shape. They did send over a replacement a week later but that delayed construction. Sadly, my friends, who are pretty good with DIY, installed the port door incorrectly and so moisture comes into the dome. I called the company and asked for help. For the last month, the original person who sold it to me has not responded to emails. The one person who might be able to install it is based in Cheshire and we are down south. Frankly, the whole experience, which cost so much money, has been really disappointing. I would not recommend buying something from a company that cannot provide install support and who requires an international delivery service to get to you. Disappointed by the experience, of which i had such high hopes.

Ok this company is seriously good. The shampoo and conditioner leave the hair so soft and strong and shedding has stopped in days. I am stunned. Most hair fall products leave hair dry. I am a complete convert, having been v skeptical. Try it!
