and that matters why?, it's an honest review that I can back up with a picture. It just goes to show that your customer service is also bad rather than admit that its impossible to win on your site or tru to keep them happy 1 way or another you instead decide to try and belittle a customers honest review and try to tell them they have a problem.

Thank you for your review. The 5 star reviews come from people's subjective experiences, same as yours will. Sadly for your review, it would seem to be negative, but whilst always a shame to see, that's gambling. The review tells us the figures you are presenting. Nothing more, nothing less.
We can also see that of your, (at time of writing this), 5 reviews - 4 are negative, and 3 are for casino sites and all 3 are negative. This would suggest that now might be a good time to have some self-reflection to see if this is an activity you are currently enjoying.
