Ordered a tv online it came 2 days late, opened it and the screen was smashed, phoned got told it could only get dealt with by email, so I emailed no reply , emailed again was told to wait 2 working days weekends don't count, still no reply , put in a complain heard back fee days later that they would look into it, then I got an email saying refund or replace I opted for replace, ANOTHER few days later I was told it could only be a refund so accepted and asked how I would be compensated, ANOTHER few days later I get an email saying I won't be at all. ANOTHER few days later I get another email asking for serial number, checked the receipt..... sent it, ANOTHER few days an email arrives..... its not good enough I need to unwrap and unbox all the broken tv and send an actual photo.... this is as far as we have got.... I can only stress with what rubbish and even longer timescale this is going to take , it's as if they think if they take the piss out of me I will just keep a tv with a smashed screen......WELL THEY ARE WRONG
