Why change your name from hermes to evri if your going to be as bad as it was at hermes, car in drive still didn't knock

rrp money for seconds

brought brand new sofa , arrived and it was damaged , they had to come out and inspect it , 1 day of work lost , then they had to come out a second time to repair it , 2nd day of work lost. over £300 at a cost to me . was told they would offer me a good will gesture once the work was done why when the repair is done ?? when the repair was done , i was sent an email offering me the cost of a takeaway £40. id rather have a brand new sofa that i paid for and not a repaired one. i found £40 an insult and would rather you didn't both to offer at all. ive sent an email back lets see where this goes . i will add DFS to my email signature . so every time i send an email i will spread the word its the only way i can make my voice louder

After looking into the order I can see the furniture has been fully restored by our engineers who are upholsters by trade. Despite this, we appreciate you remaining unhappy and we have arranged for the manager dealing to revisit this with you.

are you a real company ?

someone hit my parked car and excepted liability , 1st central payed me out and gave me a merc for three weeks , they have no put my insurance up as they didnt have any info on the accident ? i spoke to them told them they paid me out ? and gave me a loan car for three weeks but they have no information ? what kind of company is this ?? check my other post about how they nearly paid some one out who said i hit them even though i didnt , and they had no info from the claimant , where the crash happened . what town it was in ect , the company is a joke , they have someone dodgy working for them in sure.

My advice pay a little more and go…

My advice pay a little more and go else where , they will rob you if you try to cancel . They want £150 to cancel the insurance, how does pushing a button cost that , firstly someone claimed I hit them which I didn't 1st central can't give me any info where or when this happened , they can't even tell me what town , seems like a scam to me also wanted to cancel insurance and they said they would charge me £150 to cancel broad day light robbery, but the claim? No info what so ever ,no proof , so I will take to social media and make sure I tell as many people as possible also my email signature will have details of 1st central, so the word will get out

Can't follow simple instructions. Give them all the info needed even gave phone number incase any problems. Just got notification can't deliver. If you can't read English this is not the job for you

You can check if there's any known outages in your area here: https://virg.in/service. If there is, you'll be able to see an estimated fix time and keep updated with the outage. If not, you'll have to option to run a test on your kit when you sign into your My Virgin Media account. If we find a problem, you can book in an engineer visit straight from there!

Wrong house

Have an install booked in for tomorrow, they have only dug up the road and installed the outside wires in the wrong house , I've phoned for 2 days and can't get through to the right people, getting pasted around like no body's business, would be ok if the phone operator spoke English

healthy pets is a good name to fool…

healthy pets is a good name to fool people.
the vet put a claim in two months ago and still haven't been paid . healthy pets keep asking me for more information that is not relevant to what was done . should be call give me your money pet insurance . my dog had a breathing problem what is common in my dogs bread and needed a flap at the back of his throat taken away , but they want all his history from day of birth. and every time i give then the info the email back asking for the same info . they are trying every way possible not to pay . i know have an appointment with the Financial Ombudsman Service. hope this will get it sorted once and for all. BE WARNED ive had pet insurance for over 30 years and never have i been through this much grief . if you want anxiety this is the place to go
