Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you've had issues with your services for three days now, we know this must be frustrating.
You can check if there's any known outages in your area here: https://virg.in/service. If there is, you'll be able to see an estimated fix time and keep updated with the outage. If not, you'll have to option to run a test on your kit when you sign into your My Virgin Media account. If we find a problem, you can book in an engineer visit straight from there!
