Total con! Ordered shoes 5 months ago. Wrong size sent. Asked for correct size shoes to be sent. Was told this would happen, but never did. Have requested refund, but no response. Email is only way to contact the company, no telephone number on their website. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Wish I had read these reviews before using this company. Like others, ordered a jacket for Christmas present. Never arrived. They did respond to 1 email saying ‘rest assured it’s on it’s way’. It did eventually arrive, sometime early January - but like others completely wrong size and bad quality. Have emailed twice now asking for refund and return details as yet nothing. This started on 11/12/22. DO NOT USE! Total Scam

Total con merchants, as said previously jacket sent that was 3 sizes too small. They said they would send me another but despite sending them several emails I have not had any response. Do not waste your money with these scammers.

Similar to others, I ordered a coat, received it and it was too small/poorly made. I asked for my money back and they sent me an address to return the goods which I spent £20 doing. I've never heard from them since despite numerous attempts to contact their customer services. Shocking business. they should not be allowed to trade

DO NOT USE. Ordered the coat ‘The North, Functional and Warm Outdoor Jacket’ for a Christmas present on the 23rd November 2022 which took almost a month to arrive. It was supposed to be a 3XL but came up unbelievably small and therefore didn’t fit. I have contacted Nizen Store on 3 separate occasions in the hope to return the item. I have had no reply at all from the company despite my efforts.

Coat ordered 18/11, still not rec'd, wasn't allowed to cancel, when i chased was fobbed off with excuses, kissed goodbye to nearly £70, won't be using NIZEN again

I am trying to find the address for this company in the UK as I am taking them to court for an item I ordered and was never delivered via a smalls claim, it seems there is not one, but if you know one please let me know. I will keep looking.

Don’t use ordered a coat was awful cheep and didn’t fit I was offered a free replacement In a bigger size but asked for a refund and sent the item back still no refund sent 6 emails and been ignored so they now have my money and my coat do not trust!!!! Stay well away

What a load of rubbish. Items were horrible quality, looked nothing like the pictures and were obviously fake. It was not clear when purchasing that they were shopping from China.

Do not use these con artists, I am usually very careful buying online and bought on impulse from an Instagram ad without doing any checks. Thankfully though, I paid via PayPal and got a full refund.

NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. HAD TO CLAIM MONEY BACK FROM PAYPAL. LAST TIME I BUY ANYTHING FROM FACEBOOK. TOTAL SCAM

These are fake products from China and they take much longer than promised to arrive. The "30-days return policy" is a lie. They do not reply to any emails and any items in the sale (which seems to be permanently on) are not eligible for a refund anyway. The jacket I bought is meant to be waterproof - it is not. It has a fake North Face logo on it.

This company is a fake, like all the others who have reviewed them. The jacket is counterfeit, the wrong size, over-priced and the company do not respond to e-mails to arrange a return/refund. Like the others, I have had to contact my Credit Card to get a refund. I have also contacted Trustpilot direct given the claims about 50,000+ customer satisfaction on their website.

I pressed one as there isn't a zero. I paid for an item, it is clearly fake, tardy, most certainly not what i was expecting and not the right size.

Steer clear, do not use this site.

Ordered a L north face coat been sent a xxxl north coat , the logo says the north and that's it , inside there isn't even a label , 100% cheap crap , lucky I got my money back via paypal

I placed an order at the begining of December for a North Face jacket (large) for my 32yr old son's Christmas present.
I tried to contact them as I had not heard anything regarding delivery, they did not reply.
Today, the 30th December a parcel has just arrived with a coat, similar in style but not the same to the one ordered in a 4LX size which would not fit my 9 year old Grandson.
It is cheap quality and obviously a knock off.
There is no paperwork with the coat, there is no return address anywhere on the website even though it says you can return items, I have emailed them on the contact page but am not expecting any response.
This website should be closed down! It is a scam and they even have the cheek to have a sale on now and say they have thousands of good reviews on Trustpilot.
I know that part of this is my fault for not checking the site out properly but my son sent me the link with the picture of the jacket he wanted and the site looks professional.
Professional Bxxxxxds at ripping people off, things are tight enough financially and this was money I really could not afford to loose.
I will be contacting Trading Standards to see if they can do anything but as they are chinese and based in india I very much doubt it.
Please do not encourage this company by buying anything from them!!!!!!

Waited 3 weeks for delivery, no correspondence with the company regarding delivery, finally arrived and obvious fake North Face Jacket, ordered an XXL , the bag was stamped 4XL and the jacket would not fit a 10 year old. avoid at all costs , this company takes your money then no communication whatsoever. luckily i got a refund through PayPal.

Absolute joke of a company. HUGE SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER from them. Bought jacket on 5 December - one of the few times I didn’t look up company details. No communication at all. Cancelled order and requested refund. Still no communication. Contacted my bank who refunded the money. Do the same if you are in my position.

Stay away from this website, complete scumbag scammers, take your money, fictitious Order No, no delivery, no product, no correspondence, BEWARE !!!!
