Scammers. Taken my money, not replied to any of my emails! Lost £50. Disgusting. No item turned up.

Absolute scammers. Go back to your bank and charge them. I got my £ back. It is a complete scam. Wooden panels. £5 NO. The old saying .. if it seems too good to be true!!.

Sent 50 pound 2 months ago received nothing I am so disgusted ripping off people and pensioners as I am . Sent numerous emails no reply I am so angry

I do believe that i have been ripped off by this so called company. Tried to contact them but there website seems to have vanished. I have emailed with ni response. So don't hold out for your deliveries because they won't arrive. Scam

It’s a scam, do not order from this company, that take your order and nothing arrives, impossible to contact. Ordered vinyl panels in early august, it’s now October and no goods or contact.

Scam on Facebook only ordered 10 panels guess, what never received thankfully paid through PayPal so received my £50 back.Dont waste your time.

Scam , can't contact , email wont work

I ordered $250 worth of vinyl records back in May of 2023 and still haven't received them. I have spoken to customer service several times over the email since and have always been given the same excuses as to why they haven't shipped. In June of 2024, I emailed them again and requested they ship the vinyl records from my order that they did have in stock, even if it meant the order was broken up into multiple shipments. I did not feel it was too much to ask since I am now 15 months waiting on this order. The customer service rep Daniel told me he would look into that and get back to me and never did. Vinyl Luxe is a scam, and they take your money and do not ship your products. Be aware!

My Witcher 3 order #13144 has not been shipped for almost a year. From April 24, 2023. Everyone received this vinyl last year. But the company is silent and does not send anything. The company does not respond to messages.
