Great customer experience

From the time we entered the store Dean was able to point us to exactly what we were looking for. He explained in detail the options with the sofa we liked and ensured all relevant discounts were available. Great customer experience.

Poor experience Barcelona to Birmingham

Flying out of Bham to Barcelona was flawless but the return flight was poor. The main issue boarding at Barcelona 30/6/24 where the boarding process of A, B and C was not communicated over the tannoy causing confusion resulting in delays and chaotic queues. Staff seemed oblivious. Staff on the aircraft were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than delivering the service. The experience was unusual as previously always received top level service.

Evri This company are a joke

This company are a joke. On line retail companies such as ASOS and House of Fraser are using Evri for deliveries. I unfortunately ordered items from both companies and on every occasion Evri failed to deliver without incident not turning up or saying that they could not find the address all of which were lies.i have been at the address 27 years and no other company including Royal Mail ever has an issue. There is not even a customer service response just an automated system ASOS also have a similar automated only customer service. The recent BBC watchdog programme slated the company and their investigation does not even touch the surface. How do these companies get a licence?Official departments need to re investigate customers deserve better. 15 incidents of rubbish service in 2 years and that is only my experience. When the company previously traded under Hermes they were the same.

Expecting two parcels only one…

Expecting two parcels only one delivered driver denied any knowledge of second parcel and was very rude. Received e mail from Evri stating successfully delivered but clearly not. Drivers appear to be stealing items.Contacted the retailer who stated it had been delivered by Evri and will be liaising. There are no
Contact numbers for Evri who are very difficult to liaise with . It is concerning that the freelance drivers using their own cars are unaccountable for their actions and rude behaviour. The unacceptable behaviour of driver has been experienced by neighbours and across the area as evidenced in facebook posts.

We kindly ask that if your parcel is from a retailer, and if you haven’t contacted them already, then you get in touch with them first. When you order from a retailer, your contract is with them and it's their responsibility to investigate with Hermes, they'll get in touch with us so you don't need to. They'll also be able to help arrange a replacement or a refund if it's needed. I purchased a kitchen from Wickes last…

I purchased a kitchen from Wickes last September 2020 which was only finally completed to contract end of March 2021. Items not delivered for installer problems securing missing items then installer not turning up on numerous occasions. Contacted customer service constantly and eventually submitted a complaint. Lost many days earnings family with no kitchen and laundry facilities for over 3 weeks which Wickes failed to even acknowledge.Their customer service worse I have ever experienced from any organisation. Even today kitchen delivery and installations across the country see customers complaining about the same. After six months Wickes today offered a miserable amount of compensation which does not even touch the money lost and inconvenience. Stay well away. Time for the Ombudsman and courts to decide. Straight to small claims court

Purchased a kitchen in August for…090320

Purchased a kitchen in August for installation September still have an incomplete kitchen with missing items.left without cooking or laundry facilities for over three weeks. Poor customer service or accountability. Staff just do not care and make it obvious. Worse customer relations and service I have ever experienced.

My elderly parents took out a Homeserve…

My elderly parents took out a Homeserve policy for one year and never had to make a claim. The policy had automatically been renewed by homeserve without the consent of my parents who had never received any renewal quote or documents. Only discovered subsequently that the premium had been increased by 40% and monies taken. When I contacted the customer service team they continued to blame the customer for not taking the action in response to the renewal letters despite having never received them.The complaints department refused to refund the monies paid. Automatic renewals should be made illegal especially as these companies know elderly and vulnerable people cannot always deal with home affairs without support. I have referred the matter to trading standards shame on you Homeserve
