I purchased a kitchen from Wickes last…

I purchased a kitchen from Wickes last September 2020 which was only finally completed to contract end of March 2021. Items not delivered for installer problems securing missing items then installer not turning up on numerous occasions. Contacted customer service constantly and eventually submitted a complaint. Lost many days earnings family with no kitchen and laundry facilities for over 3 weeks which Wickes failed to even acknowledge.Their customer service worse I have ever experienced from any organisation. Even today kitchen delivery and installations across the country see customers complaining about the same. After six months Wickes today offered a miserable amount of compensation which does not even touch the money lost and inconvenience. Stay well away. Time for the Ombudsman and courts to decide. Straight to small claims court
