Expecting two parcels only one…

Expecting two parcels only one delivered driver denied any knowledge of second parcel and was very rude. Received e mail from Evri stating successfully delivered but clearly not. Drivers appear to be stealing items.Contacted the retailer who stated it had been delivered by Evri and will be liaising. There are no
Contact numbers for Evri who are very difficult to liaise with . It is concerning that the freelance drivers using their own cars are unaccountable for their actions and rude behaviour. The unacceptable behaviour of driver has been experienced by neighbours and across the area as evidenced in facebook posts.

We're very sorry to hear that your parcel hasn’t been delivered, Stephen. We kindly ask that if your parcel is from a retailer, and if you haven’t contacted them already, then you get in touch with them first. When you order from a retailer, your contract is with them and it's their responsibility to investigate with Hermes, they'll get in touch with us so you don't need to. They'll also be able to help arrange a replacement or a refund if it's needed. Alternatively, if you sent a parcel with Hermes, please get in touch at evri.com/help-and-support/help-centre so we can get to the bottom of what happened. Thanks, Dawn
