Customer service is appalling they do…

Customer service is appalling they do not deal with your complaints effectively I'm waiting two months now without anyone even sorting th issue out. I have sent multiple emails to the complaints to not even be acknowledged seems like a scam bank. Refund the transactions and closed my account to hide this so I could not dispute this with the ombudsman. I expect a response within 7 days

I need the UK branch head office details I have asked multiple times and I will then be taking it to the claims court a letter before action will be sent at the weekend and if it's not acknowledged I will lodge the claim with th courts next week

Shocking customer service from the…

Shocking customer service from the disputes team not responding to emails then calling to find they closed my dispute when I sent the evidence to them multiple emails ignored. Atrocious customer service.
Then they block my card so I have no access to my funds. Sort it out I expect my dispute to be reopened and my money to be refunded within. 7 days or I will be taking it to the claims court

I was having issues with my network not…

I was having issues with my network not being able to send texts or call.
I went on the webchat and Nazia was so helpful she talked me through the process of updating the APN details for some reason they were all muddled up.

She was kind, and talked me through everything. Even when she wasn't sure she still found the support to guide me. My network has now been restored and I am able to text again.

Very good customer service she is a wonderful asset to the team. She deserves good praise from her manager. Recommend super drug webchat nothing is ever a challenge.

Shocking disgrace of a company and customer service is appalling

I have reported the smart meter to be faulty and sending incorrect readings on multiple occasions. They refuse to replace this after being escalated to the energy Ombudsman they have audacity to appeal the decision when they know they are in the wrong and trying to rip off their vulnerable customers. I have raised this on multiple times on webchat email to be ignored on more than several occasions. I was told not to pay until this matter is resolved by the Ombudsman and they send it to BW Legal that continue to harass me for payment. Then I go onto the webchat and they tell me not to pay so make your mind up. The Ombudsman awarded me compensation and they are refusing to accept the decision.

Therefore I have taken upon myself to contact, my local MP, the energy Ombudsman and a solicitor about this who said I would be well within my rights to take legal action regarding the destress they have caused as a result incompetence.

Seize and desist letter is being sent out provide me with the journalists details as I will be taking a legal case against both the MEN and the journalist. If this article is not taken down. Utter trash of articles. And legal action be taken against you all for slander and defamation.
Slanderous and defamation against peoples character false articles made to entice readers when it is full of utter lies and rubbish.
Only seriously thick, sad people would read this drivel in 2024. Biased, braindead tabloid trash. Seriously sad staff that have no talent, skill or work ethic but grandstand on social media 24-7. The existence of this low quality rag is simply a nuisance in society at this stage. Ads, ads, ads, clickbait. Awful.

I ordered over three weeks ago and…

I ordered over three weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. Poor customer service,then tracking today says they have delivered my parcel no they have not nobody has knocked on the door, pressed my ring door bell or my intercom to let me know there is a parcel for delivery. On the track 17 it says it's been delivered when it clearly hasn't been. I have CCTV at the premises and no delivery driver has attempted to deliver anything today as I get instant notifications on my phone when anyone approaches my door.

They are scammers and I want a refund. I would not purchase from this company as they do not use reputable couriers who probably are responsible for stealing packages.

Refund me my money or attempt a redelivery for the weekend

I have asked you to do a simple thing via secure message and you don't even respond to messages. Appalling customer service. The financial Ombudsman has been in touch with you to give them your final response letter so they can further investigate.

Starling Bank need you to also email them an APP form so they can proceed in refunding my money. How hard is it for you to understand the basics of general customer service!

Please respond with a reasonable response and contact the relevant departments Jesus it's not bleeding rocket science.

Facebook randomly decides to suspend my…

Facebook randomly decides to suspend my account saying I've posted stuff against community standards. My account has been compromised with logins without my permission and when I reset my password they locked me out and now it says my account is suspended and to appeal on Instagram.
I have tried to do that but there is no option to appeal and the Instagram referring to is not my own account it's a scam account. I have emailed to appeal this as it's wrong and I haven't done anything wrong. It has logged me out of messenger too.

Please can someone from the help team get in touch and help me to resolve this matter

Again not listening to customers this…

Again not listening to customers this banks customer service is beyond unreal. The other bank have said they would do their upmost to help refund the money. As stated we require the sending bank to contact us with all the details of the APP claim and we will liaise with them directly, we are unable to reach out to them as they need to put the claim in with us. If you could contact your bank they will be able to confirm to you they have done this.

Can the cooperative bank do their part and lialise with starling bank so they can recover my monies as this robbing bank do not do their due diligence or protect their customers from fraudulent activity. Makes me believe no money is safe as if large sums of money are transferred the first thing you would flag up as suspicious activity yet this bank has allowed this to happen on more than 20 occasions. This has happened to me on more than two occasions in the past five years one during the COVID pandemic and now again of all my life savings. I will not trust any funds to go into this account anymore and once it's been dealt with I will be transferring all my debits to virgin money who actually cares about their customers and stops fraudulent activity within a minute

I have had to resort to asking starling…

I have had to resort to asking starling bank to investigate and refund monies sent to them. Starlings response: I can confirm that for us to be able to investigate this we would need your bank to contact us with the details of this claim and send an APP scam case directly to us.

Cooperative bank please contact them as they will help as you are refusing to help me as a customer and only care about yourselves so let starling do the job for you once again.

The financial Ombudsman are investigating now and the FCA and the solicitors have informed me to take it to the civil claims court to get compensation back from the cooperative bank for failing to do their due diligence and stop fraudulent activity. If the bank does not cooperate with starling bank or myself I will be submitting a claim to the court next week

Very disappointed in the service of this bank and now will choose to bank elsewhere. Not even a goodwill gesture or an apology if I could reward -100 stars I would

Do not trust this bank with your savings I have lost over 26 grand due to their incompetence and not even offering any refund of anything just shows they only care about your money

Worst bank ever money launders money, doesn't prevent fraudulent activity occuring on accounts and does not take complaints seriously. Already informed them that my bank has been in touch to try and recover the fraudulent money they have allowed to be taken without my consent. I will be reporting to the financial Ombudsman and FCA as well as taking you to the claims court to recover my money avoid this bank if you want your money to be safe

If I could rate a zero or less I would

If I could rate a zero or less I would!
You inform them if fraudulent activity on the accounts you would think that a reputable bank would stop suspicious transactions straight away however this bank has allowed my life savings to be stolen from a fraudulent account. You report and they simply pass the book saying it's my fault! When I had no access to my online banking nor did I give access to anyone. My accounts were hacked and compromised for no fault of my own and the bank refuses to take responsibility. I put in an official complaint for them to refuse to investigate the fault on their behalf therefore it has left me no choice but to contact the FCA and the financial ombudsman and seek a solicitor for taking it to the civil claims court to get my money back that way as the bank simply does not card about it's customers.

If you want your savings to be secure I would not trust their online banking and only bank in branch. Otherwise please choose a more reputable bank than these.

I have been a victim of fraud by bank…

I have been a victim of fraud by bank transfers to this bank, they have not done their due diligence or even contacted me regarding my complaint. They have allowed my savings of over 26 grand to be stolen and not put a stop to this. They do not flag up suspicious activity or stop fraudulent transfers.
I would not trust this bank.
I have put in an official complaint and will be seeking legal advice to reclaim the money back from the bank.

The bank that allows people to steals your money and doesn't refund

I have been a customer for many years and this is the second occasion where the bank have refused to protect fraudulent activity on my accounts and have allowed my savings of over 26 grand to be stolen. They do not flag up suspicious activity or stop fraudulent transfers and fob this off as a civil matter when indeed the police have confirmed from this month the bank have a duty to refund all monies taken without consent of the customer by law.
I would not trust this bank with your savings and now will be changing banks. I have put in an official complaint and will be seeking legal advice to reclaim the money back from the bank.

They do not help

They do not help unauthorized transactions on my account and they allow them to go through I immediately deleted my bank details off their site as they cannot be trusted I have emailed the vendor and demanded a refund do not trust PayPal they put your money on hold and won't give you money that was sent to you they are fraudulent and I have reported them to the relevant departments and will get my money back through the claims court
