The operators speak like robots they…

The operators speak like robots they have no empathy, no manners and just want to get you off the phone. The service you receive is below statisfactory. The amount you have to go through to just to get a medical assessment. They expect people to live on a measly 300 a month how is that viable with today's energy crisis?
They say it helps working people no it doesn't. When I have been sick and needed help I never got any help from UC.
Having to jump through hoops to meet their out of realistic criteria.
Shambles of a system and you got people who don't know what they are talking about.

After receiving a text message to login…

After receiving a text message to login to the app to renew and order a new card my account was blocked. The app said I would receive an email shortly to go over some security questions. I never received that email! After emailing multiple times not once did I get a reply! Appalling customer service four weeks later and not one single response!

Luckily I have no money in the account I have seen the comments and reviews about people not having access to their funds.

AVOID unless you want to be scammed out of your money. An authentic bank would not do this!

Poorest customer service I have ever received.

Your comment response means nothing I've waited for months for a reply just do the right think and acknowledge your wrong doing and close my account completely as I don't see the point if I can't even access the app..

Robbing fraudsters of banks they allow…

Robbing fraudsters of banks they allow there customers to scam others and fraud them off money when they are contacting by my bank they refuse to refund the money I was frauded of I have reported to action fraud and will be taking out legal action to recover the money owed via the debt recovery services to this bank.

Avoid like the plague you try ring them they have a phone which is out of service. I have contacted and sent emails to the fraud department with no reply. Action fraud have been involved and informed they are liable to refund the money yet they do not respond.

Contis you have until the end of September to pay up or I will be taking legal action, getting Bailiffs to recover the money and going to the media to expose this scam bank.

Worst network ever

Worst network ever. I never agreed to join I simply ordered a sim card to see what it was like. I never used the SIM or network as I heard it was rubbish.
Despite this they have to cheek to charge me and bombard with payment letters. I refuse to pay then they send it to a debt collection company in which I told them of this and they updated the system. Chasing money for a measly 44.00 that's when you know this network is desperate for cash and customers.

Our SIMs are activated upon dispatch.

Not using the SIM after purchasing it will not mean it's automatically cancelled. As per our Terms & Conditions, you'll need to contact us to request a disconnection of the account if this is no longer required. We can then process a 30-day disconnection for you to arrange for the account to be cancelled and a final bill produced where you can clear any balance.

If you've refused to/not paid any balance you're liable for and we're unable to collect this payment from you, we'll issue a final demand letter to you. Failing that, your debt would be forwarded to a Debt Collection Agency. Your credit file may also be negatively impacted.

Contact us on socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk so we can process a disconnection for you and we'll advise how you can clear any balance that remains.

Customer service line appalling and no…

Customer service line appalling and no call back. Was meant to receive a call back within 24 hours from the engineer to fix my washing machine.
Not heard anything so had to fix the machine myself.

No email to contact just a postal address.

Provide me with the relevant complaints email and address and you will be hearing from action fraud the ombudsman and my solicitor.
