You inform them if fraudulent activity on the accounts you would think that a reputable bank would stop suspicious transactions straight away however this bank has allowed my life savings to be stolen from a fraudulent account. You report and they simply pass the book saying it's my fault! When I had no access to my online banking nor did I give access to anyone. My accounts were hacked and compromised for no fault of my own and the bank refuses to take responsibility. I put in an official complaint for them to refuse to investigate the fault on their behalf therefore it has left me no choice but to contact the FCA and the financial ombudsman and seek a solicitor for taking it to the civil claims court to get my money back that way as the bank simply does not card about it's customers.
If you want your savings to be secure I would not trust their online banking and only bank in branch. Otherwise please choose a more reputable bank than these.
