Again not listening to customers this…

Again not listening to customers this banks customer service is beyond unreal. The other bank have said they would do their upmost to help refund the money. As stated we require the sending bank to contact us with all the details of the APP claim and we will liaise with them directly, we are unable to reach out to them as they need to put the claim in with us. If you could contact your bank they will be able to confirm to you they have done this.

Can the cooperative bank do their part and lialise with starling bank so they can recover my monies as this robbing bank do not do their due diligence or protect their customers from fraudulent activity. Makes me believe no money is safe as if large sums of money are transferred the first thing you would flag up as suspicious activity yet this bank has allowed this to happen on more than 20 occasions. This has happened to me on more than two occasions in the past five years one during the COVID pandemic and now again of all my life savings. I will not trust any funds to go into this account anymore and once it's been dealt with I will be transferring all my debits to virgin money who actually cares about their customers and stops fraudulent activity within a minute
