PayPal are the worst company ever they…

PayPal are the worst company ever they put your account on hold and lock you without any good reason ask them to help and they don't help withhold your payment that was paid years ago and still do not pay this back they are scam artists and do not deal with customer complaints and pass the back buck on saying that they have emailed when they haven't..
They are compulsive liars and I have reported you to financial ombudsman trading standards and the Luxemburg complaints office..

I will also be going to the media about how you treat your customers as it's been months since you acknowledge my complaint which was lodged in January and still you think it's acceptable to close my complete when you have an even done your job properly or investigate further

You do not help your customers still not received a reset password link after emailing multiple times to starnow and backstage your lack of communication skills is appalling and what is the point having an account if you can't even login I am surprised you have any business

Reset my password by close today or refund my 30 pounds prescription otherwise I will be reporting to trading standards

Scam agency who suspend account without good reason

Scam agency who suspend accounts when they don't like the I will be taking legal action going to the media reporting to trading standards and the advertising agency

Worst site to have unprofessional staff do not remove risk of malicious communications which is now a police matter they are scam artists and rogue traders.
However it's run by a clique of 1 star muppets who'll ignore reports about the site founders, and unfortunately a number of model friends have also mentioned that complaints made against those who run the site fall on deaf ears or have lead to their own accounts being banned.

When I have reported accounts they do not take matters seriously and use any excuse not to investigate further or restrict or remove the perpetrator off the website and close the concern down without investing to me I find that very unprofessional. They do not know about the law or legal side and say they would help but leave it to myself to take further action against third parties. However isn't it their job to maintain the safety of their customers on their website?

The site has gone downhill with too many egotistical photographers and models on there thinking they are gods gift when they are amateurs and nothing special.

They do not take matters seriously hence why my review now.

The fact they'll ban or restrict you without warning for inconsistent reasons and then refuse to investigate when you've worked for multiple years to maintain as professional a working relationship as possible is highly annoying.

Use Starnow, MadCowModels or Model Mayhem.

As at least they do have policies in place to support their customers

Starnow and backstage are by far the worst platforms and fail to email or respond to paying customers you should both be accountable for years of no access as you fail to communicate with each other and sort out login issues. This is the second time I have spent…

This is the second time I have spent money and post office do a half cut job paid £12 first class next day delivery in February which was meant to be signed and arrive next day now PIP say they never received it so where is my letter and my bulky postal envelope?
Why does the post office fail below standards if I knew it would be bof standard service I would of sent them a copy via email.

Also today the post office were meant to deliver a parcel they did not leave a card nor the parcel despite it saying it's been delivered. It most certainly hasn't and it's nowhere to be found.

Just incompetent staff at royal mail. I expect an explanation as to where my parcels have gone and be refunded for all the money I have spent

They do not help they are meant to be partners of starnow yet they do not assist at all and pass the buck onto star now if they are both a one company now I expect them both to take responsibility and accountability to their lack of costumer service and login issues.

I emailed back stage months ago about why they will charge £15 to post a casting! They do not respond in the appropriate manner and say go speak to star now which I never get any form of response from! Simply both two companies who do not care about their customers and only after making a quick buck.

If this login issue and query is not resolved by today I am taking matters into my own hands and demanding a full refund as this is twice this happened from backstage and star now

You once again have locked me out and do not allow me to login this is not the first time. You never send the reset login link and I have no access to my account. Backstage do not help nor yourself if it's not accessible by the end of today I want a refund as you never respond to emails and this is not the first time you have behaved in this manner with me so I suggest you rectify this issue asap or I want two full refunds as this is the second time it's happened.

Appalling customer service from Virgin…

Appalling customer service from Virgin Money they insult their customers and do not deal with customer complaints in the appropriate manner and sending automated letters that have not even been dealt with have received email that virgin has not sent over the complaint form or response from me to the financial ombudsman and they are waiting for the complaint letter from Virgin they have closed my complete without my knowledge please reopen this as I will be taking further action with the FCA trading standards and going to the media about how corrupt this bank is and how they treat their customers .

You close complaints unnecessary and the matter has not been resolved! You do not respond letters sent or emails you avoid dealing with people as your customer service is horrendous and the bank are scam artists

Trying to offer a measly 30 quid is not going to suffice re open my complaint and you will be hearing from my solicitor

The app is always down cannot login for…

The app is always down cannot login for days and your secure message feature sucks does not even work on chrome if you use web browser. You have allowed a transaction to go through my account which should have been cancelled weeks ago. Now I have to wait hours on the phone due to your poor customer service and behind the times Internet banking app. I have previously mentioned I am not happy with service at bank therefore after being a customer for over 20 years I will be leaving once my business account card comes midweek

They do not help customers who have been a victim of fraud and only care about money. Only people who helped was victim support. I make it clear if my money from the fraud and money that has been taken without my permission is not paid back to myself by Friday I will be contacting the FCA trading standards and media about this rogue trading from co op bank

This response does not solve my issue I will be taking further action

I have been this since very young child…

I have been this since very young child I stayed mainly because of the staff treat you like a family but unfortunately due to technical issues multiple times having to ring they do not sort out online banking visa verify password and everytime they say it's reassured it will go through every time then I go to the purchase online I cannot do it and it's saying it's incorrect and the text does not work what is the point in resetting it multiple times being on hold for hours for them not to rectify the issue and deal with their incompetent and lack of online support.

They do not help when your monies is taken when they should as the charities said there is a fund for giving this back to victims.
Unfortunately because the bank does not care about it's customers and only cares about the money aside I am going to be closing my account and transferring all my savings into my Halifax account and my salary will be transferred over to a bank account that I can trust that will work and is more with the times

Again waiting 2 hours on hold to be…

Again waiting 2 hours on hold to be hanged up on twice like I have time to wait around for them to deal with their appalling customer service. If I could a -10 star reward I could. Making Richards name tarnished and reputation should think before he employs any random who can't do their jobs correctly.

Also on FB messenger the people don't have a clue what they doing and I have to repeat myself multiple times and then they still don't understand what I mean!
It's beyond a joke. Just deal with my complaint accordingly. I'm not going to call again email or write a letter.

I am OUT I'd rather bank with llyods who care about their customers and not into profit and margin and cooperate nonsense.

I wish I checked the reviews before signing up to this çorporate bank with below bar customer service and management. Lack of support and waiting times on the phone constantly having to wait on staff members at Virgin Money in Manchester they do not welcome certain creatives and think that they are above everybody went technically according to these reviews on her it is appalling customer service and bank services so I am thank goodness glad that I'm closing my bank and going to a better company that I have worked for in the past and wave like-minded people next door at Lloyds Bank. Definitely saved me a financial blessing in disguise as these reviews are absolutely horrendous and I would not trust my money in a bank like this

Very appalling customer service

Very appalling customer service, and resolution centre is useless. Your constantly contacting different people to be told nothing they can do. Owed monies since covid and still not received it. It's a joke do not do businesses with these scam artist.

I will use reputable companies in future.

Report to trading standards, Ombudsman and have put in an official complaint to the CEO of PayPal .
