Ordered cat food and they failed to deliver saying driver was from out of area and did not have the relevant sat nav so could not find the house. Don’t rely on deliveries from Purina or by Yodel.

Highest possible standards of expertise and care. Sometimes a customer experience is let down by delivery or customer service. Quite the opposite with Hartley Botanic. Every member of the team, from Becky in Customer Services to Graham in installation, has obvious pride in their exemplary product. The team are as faultless as the product and long may they be valued as a key part of the customer experience. I am delighted with my greenhouse and even more delighted by how I have been treated by Hartley Botanic.
This a truly innovative business offering an intelligent and informed approach to supplying house plants. As this addiction reaches novices like me the advice on how easy plants are to keep and handy care notes are essential when learning how to look after them.
The dregs of garden companies. Two plants apparently sent. One delivered dead a month after chasing. A week of multiple emails to customer services who did not check on replacement delivery. Finally had enough. I would never EVER do business with these people again.

Appalling. Delivered half my order then said they had given the courier an incomplete address for the second half. Said they would send me a new plant immediately. A month later nothing received so I contacted them again. No apology. Just a suggestion that they deliver the original plant which being in a box for a month won’t be much good to me. Can’t get to speak to anyone sensible. We get multiple couriers every day so can’t be that impossible to find!

Smashed an antique picture frame to bits also splitting the frame. Paid me nothing saying the frame was part of a glass item so not covered. Did not even refund my postage. Avoid at all costs.
It is so refreshing to deal with these people who have real pride in the quality of their products. Dean couldn’t have been more helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Waste of time and money. They make you wait in for 12 hours having booked a collection a week earlier, just don’t bother to turn up and only then let you know they are not coming.
Very poor service. Held my plants for 3 days then said they could not find my property when they had my number and had delivered two days previously. Would not order from companies that use them again.

Appalling experience. No delivery a month from order, refusal to refund and suggested I wait and see if it turned up or chase the courier myself. Sarcastic responses from Lucy of customer services who said she looked forward to receiving a court claim and refused to confirm the legal entity under which they are trading. Do not trust these people with your money.
Driver was rude and aggressive. Gave us a bad tempered lecture on why a number should be on the parcel as well as the house name, despite the house name being clearly displayed on the front of the building and us not having sent the birthday present to ourselves in the first place!
