The team from Hartley Botanic made and constructed my greenhouse on time and on cost, giving me confidence in both them and the product. The greenhouse has immediately proved its worth; it's strong and stable and easily resists the brisk winds we experience here. Delighted with all the results; such a pleasure to work with such a 'can-do' company.

Although we had an ongoing issue with our greenhouse, Hartley Botanic has always been responsive. The whole team, including their fitters, are professional, courteous and timely, and have carried out warranty work without question. The greenhouse is superb – you get what you pay for.

Time to delivery was 8 weeks during which we were kept fully informed by very pleasant staff. Everything ran to schedule. Greenhouse which is about 15' by 6" is structurally very impressive and took 2 men 7 hours to erect. It is made of heavy duty plastic coated aluminium with toughened glass. No skimping anywhere- Union mortice lock on door, metal gutter and downpipe. Just so pleased with the greenhouse.

We have been fans of the Hartley Botanic greenhouses for a very long time. The aesthetics are so distinctive and the construction is solid. When we purchased our little farm in Guernsey, one of our first projects was to involve Hartley Botanic to build a Grand Manor Greenhouse. The farm buildings date back to the middle ages and are listed so the aesthetic of the project was very important to us and also to the States Planning department. Also The site overlooks the west coast with stunning views over the ocean but also with full exposure to the winter storms which batter Guernsey relentlessly every winter. We had one of the worst storms in recent history in Nov 23 (storm Ciaran) which caused a huge amount of damage on the island. The greenhouse did not move a millimetre... It looks just as great today as it did when it was fitted three years ago. It is a daily source of joy on the farm!

From choosing the design, style and accessories to the installation Hartley Botanic's service was superb. The pre and installation teams worked seamlessly and had the structure up in two days. It is fabulous - thank you.

Through from the order to delivery and installation, as well as follow up, the customer service, care and attention has been great. I expected the greenhouses to look good, and they do, but it is always great when you can call to ask questions and sort minor issues and someone gets back to you and sorts things.

It is fair to say Hartley Botanic are the 'Rolls Royce' of greenhouses. There is a wide range of sizes and styles to choose from. the ability to customise your greenhouse to your exact specifications allows you to have exactly what you want. The customer service team are extremely helpful and courteous. The organisation in terms of delivery, installation and removal of rubbish is smooth and efficient. If you are looking for a top notch greenhouse Hartley are the one.

I love the design and functionality of Hartley Botanic. In fact thirty years ago I ordered a pretty little Wisley greenhouse from Hartley. Although it is still going strong I last year had a grow and store model too. I love my garden and like to sit in the greenhouse listening to the radio and potting up plants. My husband is enjoying the new greenhouse especially the fact I tidily store my old mower in there ..and my wellies. It is really snug and my plants thrive...

Highest possible standards of expertise and care. Sometimes a customer experience is let down by delivery or customer service. Quite the opposite with Hartley Botanic. Every member of the team, from Becky in Customer Services to Graham in installation, has obvious pride in their exemplary product. The team are as faultless as the product and long may they be valued as a key part of the customer experience. I am delighted with my greenhouse and even more delighted by how I have been treated by Hartley Botanic.

Excellent service throughout, and the quality of the completed product is first class. I would highly recommend them, and would use their services again.

I have just enjoyed my first season as a Hartley Botanic glasshouse owner and it has been joyous. The service from ordering to assembly was excellent and everyone was so friendly and professional. The Cottage glasshouse is high quality and looks stunning, the flowers have been glorious and produce delicious!

I’ve just bought a Hartley Greenhouse, and from start to finish I couldn’t be happier. All the staff were polite and helpful. When it came to the installation, the chaps were brilliant, all the rubbish was taken away. Greenhouse looking lovely, can’t wait to use it. Would highly recommend

Hartley Botanic is such a recognisable and trusted British make. I showed a picture of our new Victorian Grand classic to the head gardner at Hampton Manor and she immediately recognised the manufacturer. Rachael from HB kept in touch with me during all stages towards the building of the greenhouse which was finished with the completion of the electrics. I would recommend the lights they offer which are perfect for the enhanced growing conditions we need here in the UK.

I ordered a Hartely Botanic greenhouse in 2020 and it was installed in the October of that year. The service and support was very good and when one of the parts was found to be missing a senior manager travelled a significant distance to deliver and fit it. It’s a very high quality product and adds value in many ways.

Well where do I start? My husband had a garage and I had a Hartley Botanic Grange. My experience with the company was perfect with no glitches or hold-ups. My builders did a wonderful job of the base with custom-designed brickwork and slabs for the Grange to sit on. It was so good, it wasn’t 1mm out. Benjamin, in the design department was amazing and they were very happy to liaise with my builders direct as there are few things that needed to be changed because of the brickwork we were using. Delivery of the Grange was perfect the drivers were courteous personable and had time for me. The Grange was put up on the 21st of June 2023, the guys were brilliant, they arrived at 8:30 am and were finished and gone by 6:30 pm. There was not one single piece of rubbish, packaging, plastic, nuts or bolts et cetera left at the property. The purple van did a brilliant job. Everyone who I spoke to at Hartley Botanic were courteous, personable and so helpful. Thank you so much for My Go To Place.
