I ordered cushion for desk chair but…

I ordered cushion for desk chair but the size diffrent than the images it is half the seat in real!!! Price about 33 pounds but actually the quality deserve less than 10 pound not comfortable I will try to order something better from different site I do not trust in Fruugo... I want to refund no any help I do not know how to refund???

They give me very low prices of my…

They give me very low prices of my items I want to sell it then they double the price when they sell it for example they sell it around 150 dollars and they will give me just 30 dollars which is not reasonable!!! ... Also Som times they refuse the items...

Please be assured that we are always transparent with our Terms and Conditions and we do inform our Sellers about the commission. In case, if ever you have concern with pricing of your items, you may connect with the customer service team and explore other options like withdrawal of your items. It is not our intent to sell your items against a payout that is not agreed by you.

In regards to your other concern on the items that we do not accept. Yes, we have a set criteria on accepting selective brands, categories and conditions. At any time, if we receive an item from a non acceptable brand/category or condition, we unfortunately have to decline.

They return items I want to sell because nothing some items in good condition also items refuse item they can not authenticate!! It is not my problem if you do not have experience to know if it is original or not!!!

This is my advice before you order I'm not happy about sizes I received my order 2 days ago but sizes not correct one tshirt wide sleeve medium size very tight another tshirt design medium size as well but lose like for men when I checked measurements also I choose women clothes!! One pants long need to fix it I can not refund because I'm not in Europe so it cost me refund charge also maybe lost or long period to refund money.

My items returned because they refuse it I do not know why 3 bags in very good condition they scratches one bag remove layer i advice do not give your bag to sell if it is in good condition maybe they refuse to sell and back for you scratches.


If you want to improve your services
1- do not scratches items return it as is it.
2- add more brand for sell
3- accept all items condition and do not hide any problem in items for customer want to buy it write every thing and photos for problems in items
4 add filter option fair condition, good condition, excellent condition, new

Refuse new bag.. Slow process

They do not accept a lots of bags I send it after a take photos in both side front and back I promise one bag new I wear it 2 times very strange.. They will refund all bags again.. Also if they accept items which is difficult.. The price low and put in your mind you will receive money after long time maybe months.

They add high shipping handling I feel confused about my total price they take 20 pound without reason .. Bad customer service take long time to replay.
Today's no body replay j do not know how rax free outside UK the price very high also do not send bottega paper bag i need it very bad last time to order from selfridges

2. No body help or answer my question by email
3. They do not send paper bag of brand
4. Mistake in price in what I transfer from bank and price in recite inside the box I feel confused!!!!!
