Stay away from this site official-watch.com

On September 3rd, I returned the two watches I had ordered because they did not correspond to what was shown on the website and the technical data was also incorrect. After a short email I was given the address where the goods have to be returned. Waited a few weeks for the first time without feedback, nor received a confirmation that the goods had arrived. In the meantime I wrote at least 15 emails. Either you get no answer or after a question absolutely the biggest mistake as an answer. Customer emails are not or only minimally read because there are queries that have been answered long before. I suspect a lot of emails are generated automatically. Can only say stay away from this website / eWatch. Is absolutely dubious and is the purest fraud. Since more than 2 weeks I don't get any response after sending emails. This website is nothing else as SCAM

FRAUD

Unfortunately I didn't read the comments before I bought it.
The same thing happened to me, I bought a watch and after multiple messages complaining and kindly replying, the watch never arrived.
I am going to report it to the police for fraud.

BEWARE! Fake Company Operating Under Our Name!

I work for Official Watches in the UK.
We have been in business for over 15 years selling luxury watches from our showrooms in London.
I received multiple daily emails about this "Official-Watch" based on a housing estate in France which purports to sell cut price "Smart Watches"
They do not deliver the goods.
They either send empty packages or dummy watches that do not work.
They do NOT refund their customers.
They are a scam site.
They are problematic to the point that we have had a post on our website for months warning people about them.
Please be aware of them. Please do not use them. And if you do, please make sure that you contact them when issues arise.
They are NOT the real Official Watches.

This website is a big scam

This website is fake. I booked my order in the month of July'2020 and till date I've not received my package. Guys stay away from this and don't be a victim of this website scam. They dupe the innocent people and get money from them.
