My items returned because they refuse…

My items returned because they refuse it I do not know why 3 bags in very good condition they scratches one bag remove layer i advice do not give your bag to sell if it is in good condition maybe they refuse to sell and back for you scratches.


If you want to improve your services
1- do not scratches items return it as is it.
2- add more brand for sell
3- accept all items condition and do not hide any problem in items for customer want to buy it write every thing and photos for problems in items
4 add filter option fair condition, good condition, excellent condition, new

It could also be a human error at our end to not handle the item with utmost care, however; we did not intend to impair your sentiments by any means.

With regards to the return of the item, please note that, we handle each item with equal care and ensure that there is no damage or scratches done on it from our end. As informed above, during this process, every item goes through a mandatory check to ensure that we deliver the promised quality product. If in case there is any change noticed we inform the customers beforehand.

Also, regarding the brands, kindly note that we have a dedicated team of marketing who keeps on updating the listing based upon the market requirement. We always welcome new suggestions from the sellers and we share it with the team. The list may be updated if they after analysis feel it can be sold or has potential on our website.

Please note that we have a team of experts that goes through every item in detail before publishing it on the website. Additionally, our photography team also tries to ensure that the defects are captured and highlighted. We try to mention each and every minute detail about the item to ensure that the buyer doesn't face any challenges with the purchase later. There may be some rare cases in which the defects are not captured due to the lighting and the lens set up. However, you may stay assured that the condition that we mentioned on the website is true to it's real condition.
