I’m really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Pangaia. I bought a tracksuit as a gift for my mom while she was visiting me, but the two pieces arrived in different colors and textures — clearly from mismatched batches.
When I contacted customer service, I was told to follow a replacement process that simply wasn’t possible given the timing of my mom’s visit. There was no flexibility or real help offered, so I ended up having to return the whole order instead.
For a brand that promotes quality and sustainability, I expected much better attention to detail and customer care.
One of the items of my order was damaged after wearing it once. Customer service sent a code for ordering a replacement, but the code wasn't valid. After that no response. Wouldn't recommend the company which is a pity, because they have lovely stuff.

From my experience with Pangaia, I can say that they are fully trustworthy. When a parcel did not arrive, customer service took care of it until it finally arrived at my home in Germany. Thank you so much — the hoodie is fantastic and the colour is bright!

First, I received an email saying I needed to use my $50 Circle Cycle credit because the program was being closed. I tried to use it on discounted items, but the system wouldn’t let me — even though I’ve done that many times in the past without any problem. Customer service insisted it wasn’t possible, which honestly felt dismissive and inconsistent.
Then I ordered a T-shirt — the first one never arrived, and when the replacement finally did, I wanted to exchange it. Since the website didn’t allow me to process an exchange directly, I contacted support and was told to return it and that I’d receive a voucher for the value.
Instead, they refunded only the card payment, and my $50 Circle Cycle credit somehow turned into a $10 voucher — valid for just one month! When I asked about it, they claimed it was a “courtesy” because they no longer use the voucher system.
After years of loyalty, this was honestly disappointing. I still love the brand’s mission and designs, but the recent handling of customer service and rewards feels careless and unfair. I hope they can do better — long-time customers deserve consistency and respect.
Update: I received an email with a 50 dollars credit code than i can use on my next order. Good to know that they respect loyal customers

I had to chase PANGAIA for weeks over a simple return that was clearly within their 30-day policy. My request was wrongly refused, ignored, and then only approved after I escalated the issue and copied in senior contacts. They later tried to frame the refund as a “gesture of goodwill,” when in reality they’d just failed to follow their own policy.
What should have been a straightforward return turned into a frustrating, time-wasting back-and-forth. Slow responses, poor accountability, and zero ownership - deeply disappointing experience.

The package arrived in a horrible shape (it was completely ripped open) and two out of four products were faulty: the white sneakers have yellow stains on them, and the sports top that I ordered one size larger than my own size is two sizes too small for me - I checked their measurements before I ordered. The quality of the sneakers is also lower than expected.
The customer service has completely ghosted me and I haven't gotten my money back. They couldn't care less about obeying consumer law. I'm filing a complaint to the Greek consumer board and the EU consumer network.
Edit: only after posting a review online did they answer back to me but the service continues to be awful. Do not order from them - support brands like Ecoalf who have much better quality products and service, and actually care about sustainability and their customers.

I placed the same order three times with Pangaia over the past month — twice flagged as “fraud” on legitimate cards, once confirmed and then told my size wasn’t available, and finally promised in writing to arrive by a certain date (it didn’t).
I had to chase them at every stage. Replies took up to 10 days. Live chat left me waiting 40 minutes with no answer. UPS sent the parcel back as I was away (exactly as I warned them), and Pangaia now “can’t guarantee” they’ll resend it to my current address.
This is not a minor hiccup — it’s a systemic failure in payment processing, stock management, delivery, and communication. A month later, I have no product, no certainty, and no confidence in this brand.

This ordeal is beyond belief.
The parcel was returned over a month ago — and it is still “stuck” somewhere, never reaching their warehouse. On 2 September, customer care promised me in writing that, as a gesture of goodwill, they had contacted the warehouse to send me a replacement immediately since the original never came back. I was told to allow 48 hours for final shipment details. It has now been 8 days. Nothing. No email. No shipment. No resolution.
I tried their so-called live chat again: waited up to 4 hours with no response. When I finally got through using a private browser (the only way they ever reply), all I was told is that my case was “escalated” and there was nothing more they could do — except ask me to wait even longer. And still, silence.
Let’s be crystal clear:
First order placed: 12 July.
Today: 10 September.
Status: no product, no refund, no shipment, no accountability.
That’s two full months of empty promises, ignored warnings, scripted apologies, and absolute disregard for the customer.
Pangaia markets itself as an ethical, forward-thinking brand — but ethics without action is just marketing fluff. If this is how they treat paying customers, then their “sustainability” only applies to one thing: their sustained incompetence.
I will continue updating this review until either they deliver what I paid for or everyone else understands exactly what kind of company Pangaia is.

Returned a T-shirt I ordered as I didn’t like the style, it was returned within a few days yet they still stated it could take up to 10 working days for me to have my return and refund processed, which is a ridiculous amount of time anyway. 10 days passed nothing, 3 weeks past nothing. It’s now coming up to a month when my return was delivered and I still haven’t received my refund, their customer service is absolutely abysmal and they just send generic macros. So much so I’ve had to go to my bank so they can help get my refund back. Don’t use this company and in all honestly, their clothes ain’t all that either and you can get so much better for the price

Super poor experience! Ordered an item online, waited over a week for delivery (meant to be 3 days) l. When I chased, order was cancelled as it was out of stock! When I reached out to CS they asked if there was anything they could do, I suggested a discount on another purchase however, they wouldn’t offer this but ‘I was welcome to place another order online if I seen something’. Still don’t have my money back! Avoid.

The jumpers/hoodies are way too oversized (even XS is MASSIVE) and the refund takes too long, I had to chase after 10 days and even then they forgot to refund one of the items so had to chase again. Don't think I'll be ordering more

It took over 4 weeks for my order to arrive, with zero proactive updates during that time. The customer support was always polite, but kept sending the same copied standard response. After these 4 long weeks, I finally received the item, which is truly beautiful – that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.
However, there was no proactive gesture of goodwill, like a voucher or apology. Immediately after I received my order, a sale started and the sweatshirt I bought was 50% off. I reached out to ask if I could get a partial refund as a courtesy, but they seriously just sent me the terms and conditions and said no.
I could return the sweatshirt (which would be an environmental disaster) and re-order it at the sale price instead of simply refunding the difference - what a bad experience
