They add high shipping handling I feel…

They add high shipping handling I feel confused about my total price they take 20 pound without reason .. Bad customer service take long time to replay.
Today's no body replay j do not know how rax free outside UK the price very high also do not send bottega paper bag i need it very bad last time to order from selfridges
1. High price
2. No body help or answer my question by email
3. They do not send paper bag of brand
4. Mistake in price in what I transfer from bank and price in recite inside the box I feel confused!!!!!
