An absolute scam. Reviews don't lie.

A scam of a company all linked to blue light but no one knows how or why. Expect it's some kind of tax benefits for the higher ups. My account was randomly shut down without notice because the business has moved to focus on blue light app users. What does that even mean.

Avoid at all costs.

Corrupt driver. Awful company.

I got the bus from Metz to Prague. The bus was running late so the driver decided to let his mates off at earlier stops. When I went to get off as well so that I could catch my connecting train, the driver physically stopped me and said 'customers cannot get off at unscheduled stops'. When I challenged him, he told me that they were his colleagues. I complained to the company and was ignored.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Absolutely horrific

Absolutely horrific. Sent me a link to advertise the tickets but then hadn't listed them on the main site yet so made me look like I was scammer.

Listed 2 tickets and they decided to sell them individually.

Then listed them as weekend tickets in one place but day tickets (as they were) in another place.

Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I'd rather give them away for free than ever come in contact with the company again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RUINED MY WEEK.

I wanted a pair of shoes

I wanted a pair of shoes. There was no one to be found. I stood there for 5 minutes wandering around. Still no one. Eventually a young lady came up, sent a radio message for who was 'on shoes', still no one. Literally 15 minutes waiting around to make a purchase. Pretty ridiculous system. The young lady tried to help but didn't know where anything was. Shame really. Good product but wouldn't go to the Manchester store ever again.

Silly booking fee

I always leave one star for companies with a booking fee! Build it in the price :)

If there is no other way to book it then it really needs to be included

I write the same thing with every review. The £4.99 booking fee should be listed in the search price. It's ALWAYS going to be there do just be transparent

Maria in Southampton went above and beyond when I came in looking for shoes for my little lad. After looking around instore, I have a vague description of a couple of shoes which were discontinued and she said she'd go take a look out back. Came back with both pairs which genuinely blew my mind

It's so lovely to find people that actually care these days. Great stuff, much love

Admin fee/booking fee being hidden is really a bit old fashioned these days

If it's always going to be there then just build it in the price rather than adding £4.99.

If it wasn't for the fact that I booked last minute I would have gone elsewhere

The product is excellent however the…

The product is excellent however the website structure is terrible. The pricing with vat etc and then it popped up to get a £10 footstall....excellent I thought...add to basket. So when the Beanbag arrived with no footstall I was confused. On checking the website the 'add to basket' actually takes you to ANOTHER screen where you have to 'add to basket' again. Pretty poor really so overall I'd use someone else. Shame. A real shame.

Used to be soooooo good

Used to be soooooo good. These days it seems to be about short term profit. So charities, recruitment agents can list the same job in EVERY city. Which means you have to search through maybe 5 or 6 just to get to a different job or advert. Really bad. I'm no expert but it will gone in a few years. Shame

Thieves. Ruined my child's birthday

Used a gift card to order online. They took the money and then said we can't process my order. So I had no product but they had £140 of my money. And still have £140 of my money! 6 days later. Tried calling but no help. Emailed complaints and head office complaints but 6 says later still no response. Truly awful and ruined my child's birthday. If I took something of yours and gave you nothing in return it's called theft and I'd be arrested. The other way around it seems you're allowed to do it.

I've looked at the details of this and can see that due to the order being cancelled, we have refunded the original method of payment prior to the bill taken place.
