Thieves. Ruined my child's birthday

Used a gift card to order online. They took the money and then said we can't process my order. So I had no product but they had £140 of my money. And still have £140 of my money! 6 days later. Tried calling but no help. Emailed complaints and head office complaints but 6 says later still no response. Truly awful and ruined my child's birthday. If I took something of yours and gave you nothing in return it's called theft and I'd be arrested. The other way around it seems you're allowed to do it.

Hi James, I am ever so sorry for the disappointing experience you have had here. I've looked at the details of this and can see that due to the order being cancelled, we have refunded the original method of payment prior to the bill taken place. If you still haven't received this then I suggest contacting your account provider as they should be able to sort this for you. - Matthew
