This company is a disappointment! My daughter received the card to order photos over a month ago. I used the QR to check daily if the photo was available. However it never was despite logging my email so they could contact me. When I finally did log in and order, I discovered the photo on the system was from a previous year, rather the the current school year. I have now been offered no refund despite the fact that the incorrect photo was on the website and now do not have my child's year 8 photo! Disgraceful customer service!!

I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and within a very short period of time.
Made an order but was made aware by callum that the order was corrupt after 10 minutes of email conversation it was all sorted and my order is now on its way

Just received my son’s first reception photo and it is awful! His eyes are closed on it and they only took one! Never in my life have i heard of a photographer only using one image for a parent to choose from and charge £20 for a download. I have never not bought photos of my son before but this will not be getting purchased! I have also complained to the school about the awful picture. Edited: I emailed the company and they have got back to me and said they will do it again next time they are at the school so they have tried to rectify the problem

Extremely disappointed with Kittle photography. Our daughter’s first year 7 secondary photo absolutely ruined by them not telling her to straightening her tie. I complained and to be told only one photo was taken. I have never had a photography company only giving parents one photo to choose from. A absolute awful company. The lady that tried to help me was genuinely lovely but who ever took the photo needs to get a new job!
To add to your reply, the lab checked and there wasn’t an alternative photo, if you take one that’s what happens also not once while I was complaining was an editing service mention and I highly doubt that’s true and lastly teacher or staff are not in front of the child while the photo is getting taken, so the fault lies with the photographer who should of been more observant before snapping the photo, and to check the image on the camera before moving to the next child.

I can't believe I've paid the asking price for my son's school photo. This company gave ruined the only picture he has with his classmates and his teachers. Absolutely dreadful! Why would you remove the original background and replace it with blank background?! I'm sure it wasn't that awful.... The edit you've done to the photo was way too much, the retouch ruined the whole picture! I keep looking at it and I think a child took it's mom's phone and edited it. Because the way was done it says to me it's been done by highly unprofessional and unskilled person who use either AI or Canvas app.... A hide disappointment that I will never repeat! I will never order anything from your company whatsoever! The price you ask for the crap you sell is beyond ridiculous, illegal!!!!! Shame on you!

This company must be a scam. There is no way they can be so incompetent for so many years. They basically have a monopoly, if you want school or class photos you have to use them. I stopped buying individual photos a long time ago due to the poor quality and just plain poor photography skills. Their website is a joke, it’s the worst user experience I have seen in decades! You have to wait days for an email to change password. This is the last year I will buy anything! It’s a shame but just not worth the aggravation.
Another year another horrible dull photo… very poor quality of work yet expensive. Wish our school changed this company! First of all there should be provided a few photos to choose from as it is impossible all students look perfect in one photo, there will always be someone who closes their eyes or look in different direction (unless the photographer is patient and engaging and takes time to get the perfect shot), the backdrop and lightning are terrible. Also, automatically should be provided a digital copy.
This year they did not add the class name which means the frame is different from what they were in the previous years.
Despite so many negative comments there seems to be no improvement year by year.

Yes another totally disastrous experience with Kittle.
School slips were late, despite me chasing with Kittle and the school.
When received, both children were either on the floor or standing on the knees... Contacted Kittle to gauge if any other s were taken so we could at least have a better versions for ourselves, to which after two weeks I was given a negative.
Now I learn that school delivery is only available within 21 days from the day the photos taken, not from the day they have been received by us parents. So on top of nearly £20 per cheapest option I would have to pay £5 delivery charge. To add, they won't do anything about it. So clearly out custom is not important.
Shocked they are still in business.
To add, of course there is a lengthy process of ordering - no option to order as a Guest so you have to create an account and enter all your data (happy data mining!) only to be told there is no free delivery available. Separate issue with requesting data removal.
Overall, least customer friendly company we have encountered.

Class photos can always be a challenge, and when we phoned Kittle up to explain that our child's face was blocked, they found another version, printed and posted to us free of charge.
Unfortunately the photo arrived damaged by shipping due to folding and jamming the letter through a small mailbox hole. Kittle was kind enough to reprint and send another copy free of charge.
10/10 customer service.

For the last three years I have been met with disappointment for both of my children’s class photo and individual photo. It’s like the photographers don’t think about what they are doing. Just received my daughters year 6 class photo and honestly I’m sad and again disappointed, not only for me but for her as this is her last year at primary and this is what we are receiving. Not even a whole class photo, split into small groups of 3 and 4 and then all put into one photo like a collage. Not impressed at all. Overpriced and terrible photos!

We haven't received the printed class picture for over a month, which is also overpriced! They don't care how the child looks in the picture, and they don't fix any minor mistakes in the pictures! (sticker on the sweater) The color of the digital picture is horrible, but at least it can be downloaded immediately!
