Worst experience Everrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m waiting for my hover since 21/10/2023

It was lost in transit then I got information I will revive replaicment and now all the time I hear only wait wait wait 2 months and they are unable to provide me with any replaicment or solution costumer service in on level of talking to 2 years old baby .
They are worst company to deal with no updates no communication or time frame and manners
So no money no hover no idea what next !
