This product is SCAM I order oct10 mow already Oct 18 not yet received and no customer service replying in the email. This should be block in the syatem they are selling and they just money and not sending the items.

These people are the biggest scammers. Firstly I didn’t realise I was purchasing a subscription!!! Then after I cancelled it via email they continued to charge my card and send the products.. it took over a month for them to acknowledge my email at all and took a payment without authority. they are claiming they can’t offer the refund as i have the goods. i can send them back at MY COST and they will process the refund. I’ve told them that I’m happy to return said product but i’m not paying for it. i’ve now threatened reporting the transaction as fraud and reporting them to the ACCC.

Customer service is terrible. Was supposed to get my order on 9th its now 16th and still nothing. Just a repetitive email saying they will get back to me in 2/3 days. Nothing after 2/3 days either.

Wish I could give them negative stars!!! This company is a total scam. I placed an order almost two full months ago, never received the order, and then realized that I apparently bought a SUBSCRIPTION, which was not written ANYWHERE. I have been sending them e-mails for weeks, I received one answer right at the beginning, and then from then on, only automated answers. I have received nothing, but they are continuously charging my account. I have already opened a claim at my bank, have had to cancel my card because of them, and WILL be pursuing legal action!

I am absolutely disgusted with Calmify. I only signed up for a free trial, and I never agreed to any ongoing subscription. Despite this, they have been taking money from my account every month without my consent.

I have contacted them countless times over several months, changed my bank details, and sent numerous emails — yet I’ve had no proper response or help whatsoever. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the fact that they continue to charge people without authorization is completely unacceptable.

I have never used any of their services beyond the trial, and I am now demanding a full refund for all unauthorized payments.

I strongly advise anyone considering Calmify to stay far away — this company has caused me nothing but stress and frustration.

I have told dem to cancel my subscription till now no email has been sent that my subcription is cancelled… PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY ARE SCAMMERS. you can cancel the subcription like you want. they tell you, you can cancel anytime but you only can do that via email that they won look or acknowledge

First, they offer to try the product. When purchasing, you learn that it is a monthly subscription, but this wasn't indicated anywhere. Also, I never received the product. When I contacted the company, I received automated messages. I had to cancel my credit card. Total scam.

This is, without a doubt, the worst product I’ve ever purchased. And the so-called customer service? An absolute disgrace — the worst I’ve ever dealt with. This company is a joke. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t care about quality, and they certainly don’t care about doing business the right way.

The product not only failed to deliver any results — it made me feel physically ill, causing headaches and severe stomach issues. It’s a complete scam. I wouldn’t recommend this garbage to anyone.

What’s even more outrageous is that I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription — but the website won’t let you, they ignore your emails, and yet they keep stealing money from your card like nothing’s wrong.

This company is dishonest, unethical, and absolutely should not be in business. You've been warned.

This company subscribed me without my permission and made it extremely difficult to cancel my subscription. I reached out multiple times requesting to unsubscribe, but they ignored my emails and never confirmed the cancellation. This is unethical and deceptive business behavior. Be very careful before sharing your payment information with them , they make it nearly impossible to opt out once they have your details

It turns out I am actually allergic to the instead of cancelling they keep offering me new deals EVEN THOUGH I COULD LITERALLY DIE IF I USE THE PRODUCT.
"If you wish to still proceed with cancelling instead, we will be happy to do so" then offers me another stupid deal when I say no thank you

Pathetic and useless. Been trying to cancel since 16 Sep, its not the 8th of Oct.

They do not address issues. When you try to cancel the subscription due to the drink not working and you are no longer wanting the product. They send an automated email: Thank you for reaching out to us — we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

I have been messaging them for 2 straight months. They keep taking the money out of my account after I tell them to cancel multiple times.

Tried every sleeping pill known to mankind over 2 decades. Started Calmify for stress but it fixed my sleep completely. Now getting 7-8 hours naturally without any grogginess. Lost 12 pounds as a bonus. This did what thousands in sleep clinics couldn't - I'm still shocked it was this simple.a bonus.

Scammers!!!!! Don’t buy anything from them! They will take money from your bank account for subscribing and will not able to cancel! Send email with no response from them !! Please don’t order. SCAMMERS

There is no info from them I ve been sending emails to find out where is my order, but none answer. Tracking shows the same info all these weeks - in transit to next facility. Real scam.
For more than month trying to contact them but receiving only automatic reply. And out of nowhere they charge my for another order, but I did not subscribe, purchased as one time deal. Needed to block my card an contacted bank about anouthoraised payment.
