It started bad but ended ok

At first the customer service gave wrong info regarding the cross border method and returns free or no but then hours later I was contacted by the customer service manager which made the info much clearer and also compensated me. I duducted one star since the cross border method is not so cheap and the basic royal mail method has no tracking and is long. In addition the wrong info made me needsly tensed for hours. the usa warehouse 'i encountered only expensive fedex and dhl options so i will use the other countries when needed

Return is hassle

The elastic free boxers are good but return item from abroad is too long and so the refund. My return from IL was 5 days in post office in Pittston until they took it and still 6 days after accepting they still haven't refund unopened item. Don't order from their site.

This company lack professionalism

This company lack professionalism and relaybility. I ordered to Israel which is IL but they shipped to Is which is Iceland.I sent two mails and got the same replay that it has shipped to Israel. In chat one rep said the payment was declined which was not true and another rep on phone named Cathy said
she contacted FedEx and it was fixed,which also turned false. In the end, yesterday on chat Norma said shy fixed it to IL but it can take a bit of time but eventually it arrived to Iceland.They we're OK enough to refund but how much effort to change country is beyond
reason for old company not to mention their claim in the end that they cannot contact Fedex.is there a company who cannot call their carrier? Very strange indeed

My ordered was sent from India to…

My ordered was sent from India to Israel with Aramex, which is problematic company.every time i contacted FC customer service, it took them almost 3-4 days to answer!. aramex tracking number show its arrived destination but their number is not recognised by the local post. The Slow response from french crown is very annoying. They claim its in pick point but its not there

customer service lacks

the clothing are ok but customer service on chat problematic specially Liv. I left 2 meesage on their chat but have not received any answer.before this Liv was not polite at all.
Other thing which is probably not related to customer service that mix reviews were never published. Also noticed that mix or bad reviews on their facebook does not answered. Very pity

The sizes are inconsistent and…

The clothing sizes are inconsistent and expensive but customer service is helpful. They had problem with sending discount for subscription and the customer service phone rep were confused but it was fixed. The mails are answered fast

mix feeling…

since i opened an account 2 years ago i made few purchases which were mostly from sellers in Baltic countries and had no problems.on the other hand items from Germany and uk have not arrived but by opening cases they were refunded so i dont understand the claims that Etsy does not respond to cases.regarding the customer service they dont have email address but the chat rep are fast to go on line .the problem is that they not always professionals and can disconnected you if the issue is complicated for them.also some of them are slow answers.they were some nice rep that took responsibilities on sellers faults and gave compensations but others were not good so i have mix feeling which is shown in the rate.its not clear how you can leave separate review on seller like normal site do

a month ago i ordered socks from them…

a month ago i ordered socks from them to Israel and it was tracked and quick so a few days ago i ordered again assuming it will be tracked but NO.i paid 15 pounds and got no tracking!.i am still waiting for explanation.its absurd
Update:i have answerd the seller polite mail for feedback removal but it is not justified to pay, such a fee for untracked item that has more chance of getting lost when you think it is tracked

This review was left two days after the customer placed an order for delivery to Israel. The order was dispatched within one day of receipt using Royal Mail International Standard Service. The time scale for receipt of orders to Israel is usually 10-14 days but can sometimes take longer. The order was despatched in accordance with our delivery policy which is clearly visible on the product pages on the website. We were disappointed to receive this unfounded negative review and have politely asked the customer to remove.

Strange and disturbing company

dissapointment.they…

.they work with Aramex which has many bad reviews and dont answer to mails.i asked nybox to return the package so i can choose other normal company but the are not willing just because Aramex told then its in transit despite the fact that they have not scanned it to their system.i have asked nybox to check with them when is the next flight but they just say its not their problem.who is responsible if your precious carrier does not answer to clients even after their packages are 5 days without scanning??!

no customer service and very slow shipping

i have ordered package through forwarder and the package is already 4 days in aramex without be scanned.they dont answer mails and dont have phone number.if i could give zero i would have done it.
update:even the mail in the response below is not answered.finally it took them no less than 8 days!! to ship it to destination

I am in Israel and made calculation of…

I am in Israel and made calculation of package less then 1 kg which to Israel also gave me option of fed ex economy budget 28.99 d 5 to 10 days. However when logged in there was only economy. I thought its the same as budget and marked it but then realized in late that its 9 dollars more and they have not been willing to return the difference. When i asked the chat rep why the budget does not appear they denied it no matter that it does appear when you not logged in!!!you judge for yourself this problem.i feel like been manipulated

chose the priority method by DHL..it…

I ordered shoes to Israel and chose the priority method by DHL..it costs 38.8 and is 12-16 days.its really expensive but the express was much higher :48 euro.from 3.4 there is no update on the progress and the status show Darmstadt Germany 3.4.the company only talks on delay due to pandemic ,without checking it with DHL,as you normally would do in such cases.what so difficult to ask your carrier??i would have done it but DHL service on phone is only in German,which i dont speak !!. my only hope is that they will wake up and do something or that DHL would wake up.even shipping from far USA reach faster or at least update more frequent....
