It started bad but ended ok
At first the customer service gave wrong info regarding the cross border method and returns free or no but then hours later I was contacted by the customer service manager which made the info much clearer and also compensated me. I duducted one star since the cross border method is not so cheap and the basic royal mail method has no tracking and is long. In addition the wrong info made me needsly tensed for hours. the usa warehouse 'i encountered only expensive fedex and dhl options so i will use the other countries when needed
