no customer service and very slow shipping

i have ordered package through forwarder and the package is already 4 days in aramex without be scanned.they dont answer mails and dont have phone number.if i could give zero i would have done it.
update:even the mail in the response below is not answered.finally it took them no less than 8 days!! to ship it to destination
