First time I have placed an order with HisRoom/HerRoom. I love the Her Room merchandise I have ordered and received and it was quickly shipped. I don't understand why I can't place an order for His Room and Her Room at the same time. I realize it is different merchandise but from the same location. I needed to place an order for both but did not because I had to do so from different orders and wanted to combine shipping of both so there would be no extra cost. Please advise.
Looks like a scam
Looks like a scam. Ordered a pair on 6/29. Kept getting emails about delays from the manufacturer. The most recent one I responded to cancel the order and refund the money. No response.
No product, no refund
Have yet to receive my order or a refund. Placed my order about a month or so ago. They sent an email saying that I need to pay a $10 restock fee or a $10 reshipping fee. I've never had problems with things being shipped to my address.

Never received a refund for returned…
Never received a refund for returned items despite being told multiple times the money would be refunded or that the refund was initiated. Horrible customer service. They will steal your money. Buyer Beware.
FRAUD/SCAM
FRAUD/SCAM - This company does not appear to be a real company. They charged my card and then I started receiving suspicious emails from them to provide my billing and shipping address in order for my order to be processed. My response bounced, so I tried their contact form on the website, which also bounced. I then DM'd their Instagram and got a canned auto response that their account isn't monitored. I finally realized the order number in the emails I got doesn't even match the confirmation email order number. I eventually called me credit card company to report as fraud. Something strange is going on with this website, beware.
What the hell is going on with this company?
Been doing business with the company since 2021 and I've never had a problem until now. I ordered a pair of underwear in medium just like I always have, but it's like they've changed the sizing and they are much to small. Should be easy to start a return right? Wrong! There is something wrong with the site, it won't let you start a return, and when I try to email them, it says undeliverable mail. I called the phone number and there's a message saying they are experiencing large call volume and to use the email option on the contact link, which doesn't work. There must be ZERO customer service with this company. I'll just go directly to the manufacturer of the product from now on, I'm done.

Someone used my credit card fraudulently to purchase from this company. I had to cancel my credit card. Thank GOD for TEXT ALERTS TO INDICATE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS BEEN USED FRAUDULENTLY.

Made sure I received my package
I had issues at first with receiving my order. It had been misdelivered elsewhere by usps, so I had to make them conduct an investigation to find it. USPS responded that they were unable to reclaim my order that was misdelivered so I was really upset over it. I messaged hisroom customer support and although the responses were a little slow they were sincere about helping me. I gave them proof of the usps investigation and they said they would conduct their own. This took a while but eventually I received an email that my package had been delivered. Everything that I received is authentic and exactly what I ordered! The clothes smell a bit but it’ll be fine with a wash. I’m thankful to them for helping me out.
Bad experience
After spending half an hour on the HisRoom website, trying to initiate a return that never worked in terms of getting initiating an online return and no phone number to contact, I finally went to HerRoom, hoping to get some support. I opened up the chat and was told to make a label and return it, there was not was to get a return authorization or anything. It was, "make a label and send it back." After more discussion, the return address was posted in the chat. I am very frustrated with this company and while I have used it in the past, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Bad enough that I have to pay full price for a return I could get for 7.50 if their site worked properly. I reread the chat and at no point was I given an apology for the inconvenience. So I stated that an apology would be nice, whereupon after a minute, noting happened, then I said I would be posting an onsite review and I finally got an apology in the chat. Such an unpleasant interaction from start to finish. If the HisRoom website isn't working, they should have a clear, prepared message to post in the chat so customers don't waste anymore time than I already did. I am sure some people would never find out how to return something.
Merchandise Never Delivered, but HisRoom Charged My Card
I never received the ordered merchandise (2 6" inseam UA Boxerjocks). HisRoom sent me a request to review the product. I responded that I never received anything from them. They forwarded me a USPS link that said that a package was delivered to San Francisco, CA 94108, but not showing my building or my name. I never received anything. They did not obtain a signature on delivery of the package. The USPS puts packages on the floor of my building lobby (beneath the mailboxes) where anyone can access (and take) anything. Due to HisRoom's insistence that I had received the package, I was forced to initiate a chargeback with my Visa card for non-delivery of the merchandise. I will never order anything from HisRoom ever again.
These boxer briefs = the total package
Trunks that project sensations of nudity while limiting the flopping of the male anatomy equate comfort and security. The texture and design stretch and compress when action inside the briefs warrant. The hues combine to flatter a man's silhouette while servicing to uphold and to support.
I am giving the 3 because the pricing…
I am giving the 3 because the pricing was good but delivery times are way too long, shipping is pricey, they don’t include free returns and on top of that It’s been over 5 weeks for them to return my money back to my credit card on a return. It’s 2023 and takes them 2 seconds to take them money out, should t take this long to return. When I called asking about it they said it’s a different department and it’s in process but they wouldn’t transfer me to that department or explain the delay. Not using them again.

This site is a scam. Avoid!
This site is a scam. I made two orders totaling $218. After I ordered, I was told there is a manufacturer delay and that it would be one month late. After one month, both orders disappeared from my account and it is no longer trackable. The orders don't exist. I asked to just change the style and give me whatever they have in stock being sold on the site. They said the styles are not editable and completely stopped answering any emails.
Mislabled Items, Bad Customer Service
I ordered 3 packs of Hanes medium Comfortsoft Slimfit t-shirts. It took 3 months to get delivered due to being on back order. When I received it the tag on the shirts did not say comfortsoft. I call to return the items (and not pay the $7.50 return shipping fee) and after sending them a picture they said it was the correct item. I then sent them a pic of the tag from an actual comfortsoft shirt I own (the exact shirt I order to replace my old one) and they told me the packaging looks the same as the one I received. The issue is the description was wrong and I shouldn't be going through this hassle to return an incorrect item I waited 3 months for. Not worth the trouble. You're better going to Amazon, Walmart, or 100 other verified stores with better customer service.
Avoid
Received five T-shirts, tried on two for about 40 seconds, they did not fit right. Sent them back and they are refusing to refund the money because of a BS excuse like the items are damaged. Avoid at all costs.
