Return is hassle

The elastic free boxers are good but return item from abroad is too long and so the refund. My return from IL was 5 days in post office in Pittston until they took it and still 6 days after accepting they still haven't refund unopened item. Don't order from their site.

Not fragrance-free

They claim to serve the MCS & fragrance-free allergy population but repeatedly mail us fragranced items, despite following their instructions of noting our orders as MCS/ fragrance-free. I just lost $170+ to this company. Last year it was much more. Sadly, we can’t even return the ordered items due to adverse health effects of being near the package. They lied about changing their packaging after last year’s major contamination issue in their warehouse. A true shame and loss of funds. Devastating

Undersized Items and a Stupid Return Policy

I ordered three pairs of underwear that were laughably small. The size 4s looked like they'd barely fit a toddler. Given that these are 100% cotton (the whole point of ordering from their company) means that these undersized items are likely to shrink further. Their returns and exchange policy is not user-friendly at all and requires items be returned at the expense of the customer. On top of that, they require an email within 15 days of delivery. All this for $20 pairs of underwear. Never again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Bought from them a few times. I do enjoy the quality but the last time it was a mess. I placed my order and realized that after 2 weeks nothing showed up. I emailed them... Apparently the products were all out of stock. That was not mentioned in any email or on the website. They never reached out to lmk. It took 2 months for them to arrive. There was no update, communication from the company etc. I was away when they arrived and after trying them on, one had a major defect. They refused to replace it after it took them 3 months to ship, bc I was about 2 days late from the 30 days. I will be supporting other small businesses as this one has very rude customer service and are really bad at communicating with their customers. Borderline scammy imo. Too bad the products are usually decent quality.

Multiple clothing items - Cheaply made and Poorly Designed

I ordered multiple clothing items. Every item is cheaply made and poorly designed. I will not be ordering again from this company.

Funnel Neck Pull-over. It is quite large but the sleeves do not even reach my wrists. I am 5’4’’ and 110 lbs so pretty much a hanger. If these items are not fitting me properly, it’s likely the design.

Under-ware: Basic cheap elastic band under-ware.

Women’s Cropped Leggings: Decent quality in sewing and material but poor design. The band around the waist is extremely thin and cuts into the abdomen.

The returns are at your own expense and will only provide store credit. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money.

Ordered an e gift card that was…

Ordered an e gift card that was supposed to be delivered to her email address on her birthday. Never received it. When I contacted customer service, no one answered multiple times so I had to leave a message...no one returned the call.

You cannot return items that have been tried on/opened the sealed paper bag they arrive in

You cannot return items, such as bras - only exchange. (As you have to rip the paper bag open to try it on and they won't accept returns if the bag has been opened).
The postage costs £9, if you want to exchange. (I already paid £9 postage - if I wanted to exchange the item that does not fit, I would then need to pay the same amount of return postage again, to return the item to the Phillipines where it is posted from).

Charged For Items Never Shipped

I ordered almost 8 weeks ago and my items have not shipped. To make this worse they processed my credit card the day I ordered. I paid over $100 for items I haven't received. There's a name for charging someone for something they didn't receive. It's called fraud and it's illegal.
