Slow, condescending, defensive
Had a pair of shorts that ripped from very light contact. I reached out several times over email and it took them almost a month to reply. They then refused that the shorts were faulty and only would give me a refund or replacement once I had returned them. Liv was very condescending and never accepted any blame, always made excuses (interesting that the other review also mentions her!) I heard nothing after lodging the return, and after a week had to reach out again, at which point she told me the replacement was already at my post office, they just had never told me. Very bad experience.
