Such a terrible outfit...I paid for a DHL Express shipment and 48hours after processing the package its yet to be picked up and no one has any clue where my package is....no responsibility,,,,no accountability...you are just dead on your own....seems someone is trying to steal my packages....isnt that criminal that you paid for shipment in full and given a tracking no and going to 3days now trackers says shipment not received yet and MYUS cared less and not telling nor updating me....its criminal action but i will take extreme steps to counteract this act of wickedness and criminality
This is the 3rd and no update on the tracker as iDHL is yet to be handed over my package and no member of MYUS has updated me....this is utter wickedness not just criminality....that an emergency case was sent to shipment team and no effort,,,customer service just told me no update yet and the shipment team have all closed and gone home when a customer is having emergency ...these are expensive goods and shipment cost i paid in full very expensive yet no update after 72hours....
its slow and clunky, they have over-valued the item I bought. There are lots of steps to complete and lots of Hurry up and wait. I wish i hadn't bothered. As it is it will now cost me more than ordering direct from the supplier and take X3 as long.

I have used both sites in USA and UK in the past and find the service generally very efficient but in the latest shipping request I have encountered a possible problem as my preferred option isn’t being used and I don’t think other companies will be able to deliver to my location. No option to select shipping option yourself. Also have a bit of a problem entering values for different items included in an order. Not all items are of equal value but it isn’t possible to just enter the total value.
It's very difficult to get a hold of anyone, you're on hold for hours to speak to someone, and if your phone times out you lose your spot. and they take Days to get back to you.
WAY BETTER SERVICE AND COST EFFECTIVE THEN I HAD WITH A COMPETITOR... VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW EASY IT IS TO USE.
