Frustrating system especially when multiple packages are sent from a seller on a single invoice . Doesn't take much to figure it out but it seems beyond the system and employees.

I did like everything except the price which has risen way too much. It is 80% of my shipping cost. Other than the above inconvenience, the service super good.
