I would not even put one star except to write this review I had to. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! NOT IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR PURSE AND NOT FUND THEIR TRAVEL TRIPS.

I thought buying from a company who call themselves ethical and seemed to care about what the environment etc would also be ethical about how they handled their customers. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! You will never have your emails answered as they lack. Courtesy and common decency to answer you queries. It is more than likely that your products will not arrive as there is no delivery date on their receipts. I am saddened by their poor approach as their clothes seemed good. IF you make the mistake of trying to purchase anything as the reviews from their friends are plausible make sure you insure you purchase by going through PayPal or purchase with your credit card or some such. That way if your goods don’t arrive you can get some recompense unlike some unlucky people. If you do actually get your goods after purchase you are the lucky ones! YOUR PURSE AND NOT FUND THEIR TRAVEL TRIPS.

I ordered and then returned some dungarees that were a weird fit. Not sure what body shape they are made for. I didn't receive a refund, after emailing I received no response. They've basically stolen £50 from me. I'm going to contact trading standards.

I placed my order over a fortnight ago. I've not received any shipping or dispatch information. I've emailed several times about a refund, I've purchased 3 items totalling £96. I've had no correspondence.
Could anyone advise on how they managed to get their money back?
Im considering reporting to trading standards.

I have not received ANY shipping information and absolutely no reply from the owner! The UK shipping is 3-5 days and it’s been way longer with absolutely no dispatch and my messages are ignored! Do not buy because the owner is irresponsible and ignoring their customers! Unacceptable. Do not buy from them.

Very disappointed with the customer service! I thought I was helping a young entrepreneur with what seems like a great project. I ended up losing €70. The shirt was sent back and despite my patience and the few emails I sent, I never got any reply. Unfortunately I do NOT recommend Hemp & Hope as I've lost mine

I agree with a previous reviewer. Even though you receive a message stating I'm a one man operation' when communicating by email, this wasnt helpful when I was trying to chase for a refund where I could prove (from tracking) that my parcel had been received over a month ago. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

no mail response in almost all the mails i sent them, . All you get is:i am one person. I understand they have problem but in case of a needed refund its irritating

Excellent all round. Having seen adverts for Hemp&Hope on social media for a while I decided to treat myself to a jumpsuit.
The website was easy to use, and the sizing guides were handy. I chose my item and paid with ease. I quickly got notification of my order, and within a couple of days my item arrived. The packaging was eco friendly too which was a big plus for me - no plastic.
The jumpsuit is as described and good quality. I am wearing it now and it's very computable and true to size. It feels well made too.
The prices reflect the ethical nature of the products, and I think are suitable.
I would certainly buy again from this company.

I bought one of the backpacks (Tula Hemp Backpack - Red) and after 2 months of light use (1-2 times a week) one of the seams was unravelling and creating a hole at the top in the main compartment, so I got in touch and they were great in customer service (5 stars for that) and sent me a replacement straight away.
Cut to 6 months later of generally the same amount of use (maybe ~3 times a week now if that) and the seams are coming apart in the same place again.

Not ideal but I like the bags so I will do what I can to try to fix the seams so I can get more life out of them. But not the sturdiest of bags if you want to use them regularly (I was using it like a purse to store everyday items).

Have bought 2 tops, a scrunchy and a necklace from here and they are such good quality. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an ethical brand with really timeless designs.
Very well priced for what you are getting.

This is seriously my new favourite top! Nice adjustable fit, nice material, flattering to my figure. 0 cons!

Lastly the customer service was top notch! Danielle is such a kind soul who was quick to reply and very willing to help.

Ordered on line and delivered within 4 Days. Problem with one item and contacted to offer alternative colour. Packed well in strong cardboard box. Excellent quality items and first class service.
