I actually can't believe this company…

Editing my post now that I've finally received my parcel. Customer service was initially difficult to get a hold of, but my complaint now is with the driver. He had no intention to deliver my parcel for a 2nd day, until the depot finally got hold of him and made him turn back my way to drop off my package. I have now spoken to customer service about the drivers behaviour towards me and have been assured it was not the experience I should have had. Ultimately, if a company is going to say they pride themselves on "overnight" delivery, then it needs to stand by that commitment and communicate to customers if there are any extenuating circumstances. I was given no reason as to why my parcel wasn't delivered yesterday and the driver clearly had no intention to leave a reason why he wasn't planning to drop off my parcel today and that's unacceptable.

Where is my order

Where is my order? I have been told 3 times now that my order is delayed by another 2 weeks.... You guys keep promising you'll send out a temporary back up (smaller package) and nothing has arrived. I have now requested a refund after being without the protein powder requested for weeks now.

I'm trying really hard to like Benable…

I'm trying really hard to like Benable as I'm a content creator and I can see the pros... but the cons are bad:

The app (whether on phone or laptop) is very glitchy, the customer support is horrendous (the staff are unfamiliar with their own product and unable to answer simple troubleshooting questions) and it's a bit confusing at first... not as intuitive as other apps.

Hoping to change my review but these are my initial thoughts after 36 hours of my support emails going unanswered and the woman on support (name beginning with B) completely gas-lighting my question.

The problem with getting mentoring from…

The problem with getting mentoring from Steve is…. he’s so great, that you will want to continue to have “problems”, just to get a bit of of his priceless guidance. He teaches you to stand on your own two feet… to be accountable, and to take actionable steps towards your goals. What more can I say…. getting help and coaching from Steve has been the best money I’ve ever spent. I’ve had many different CBT therapists over the years and whilst they were all wonderful, none of them were able to provide as well-rounded of an approach as Steve has - especially with the coaching aspect and his encouragement of active participation, goal-setting, and reporting back to him on progress/actions taken. 5/5 stars.

Zero communication between Zara Home and Paack about the delivery of my order. They both promote same day London delivery if ordered on Zara Home before 11am. Been waiting two days. Neither company able to give me an answer on where my order is. No easy to follow tracking on Paack page. If I see the word Paack as a delivery option, I will run the other way.

I was looking for a quick fix to my…

I was looking for a quick fix to my 'problems/issues' and was unexpectedly referred to Steve; a blunt and honest guy who helps people like me learn to stand on my own two feet and dig deep, to help me help myself. Steve is all about accountability and puts you in charge of creating long-lasting, positive changes in your life (i.e the homework). I'm so grateful that I came into Steve's office with the wrong expectations of what I was looking for... because I've learned more in the last 1.5 months with Steve, than my 15 previous years of various therapies combined. It feels so great to have my spark back!

Very delighted about my first Harper…

Very delighted about my first Harper Concierge service visit. Hannah was so helpful and friendly and it was quite a luxury getting to try on the pieces in the comfort of my flat, with my own accessories, and better lighting! I also appreciated saving 2-3 hours of additional time and money should I have had to commute into town myself.

Very Disappointing As A First Time Buyer

I received the wrong pair of shoes. I contact customer service and was told they would immediately remedy the situation and get back to me. 24 hours later still no update. I contacted customer service again where I was told I would need to go through the trouble, first, of returning my incorrect item before they will send replacement. I sent it yesterday, but when I informed customer service of this, and considering covid delays, I've still been charged for a pair of incorrect shoes with no specific time frame of when I will receive my replacement.
