I actually can't believe this company…
Editing my post now that I've finally received my parcel. Customer service was initially difficult to get a hold of, but my complaint now is with the driver. He had no intention to deliver my parcel for a 2nd day, until the depot finally got hold of him and made him turn back my way to drop off my package. I have now spoken to customer service about the drivers behaviour towards me and have been assured it was not the experience I should have had. Ultimately, if a company is going to say they pride themselves on "overnight" delivery, then it needs to stand by that commitment and communicate to customers if there are any extenuating circumstances. I was given no reason as to why my parcel wasn't delivered yesterday and the driver clearly had no intention to leave a reason why he wasn't planning to drop off my parcel today and that's unacceptable.
