Very Disappointing As A First Time Buyer
I received the wrong pair of shoes. I contact customer service and was told they would immediately remedy the situation and get back to me. 24 hours later still no update. I contacted customer service again where I was told I would need to go through the trouble, first, of returning my incorrect item before they will send replacement. I sent it yesterday, but when I informed customer service of this, and considering covid delays, I've still been charged for a pair of incorrect shoes with no specific time frame of when I will receive my replacement.
