Lovee Benable! Super easy to use and make money! Got paid out $100 recently!

I really enjoy using Benable! I enjoy sharing what I love, and I found some awesome travel and product recommendations through the platform! I also LOVE that we can earn when someone purchases something off our lists, and that the platform really encourages genuine reviews. I also really enjoy the community on there too :)

I've really been enjoying the app. It runs well on my phone and I haven't had any issues with the website. I was able to make a sale within the first 48 hours of posting a list when my list wasn't even optimized yet. They have a lot of pop-up help and tutorials to get your lists ready for SEO.

I’ve been using Benable for over three years since the days when they were web-only and I love it! It’s a great platform where I can put everything I recommend, from books to afternoon tea places I’ve visited. And I’ve also made money from commissions for people buying from my recommendations, which is an added bonus! I know there have been some growing pains as the platform has gotten bigger and as they added a mobile app (which has made my life so much easier), but I’ve had a positive experience with the team always very responsive towards any issue and receptive to all of the feedback that I provide.

Love Benable! It’s super simple to sign up and easy to get started sharing any and all recommendations. The lists make it easy to keep everything organized and I love looking for specialized lists. The commission is pretty decent too!

It's great that I can actually put people on my personal best products and help those that don't have much information about the products. And I also get more information on other products that I didn't know about and those that I know.

Where do I start?
I made over $1300 on Benable and when i requested for payout they put my account on hold and then banned my account for no good reason.
absolute scam of a platform for affiliates.They exploit your traffic and then ban you from their platform when it comes to paying you.

They're a total scam. Don't waste your time.

- No cookie duration details for any of the affiliate programs

- They lie saying they don't take a cut from the commission they get from the brands (when this is the very core of this business model)+ I have better % on reputable affiliate networks by working directly with some of the same brands.

- They set the min payout very high for a startup ($80)- higher than most serious aff networks- so they can avoid paying creators for as long as possible. They also get to keep all the $ in most cases since the creators will simply give up before reaching $80 and there's no way to request a payment before.

- When you're approaching the $80 however, they start to not report commissions anymore. Multiple confirmed sales through my links never showed up on my account. They 1000% do it on purpose.

- Sketchiest customer service ever! They try to gaslight you, straight up lie and eventually stop responding when they realise it doesn't work in their favour.

- This is even worse than modern day slavery, since they have thousands of creators making them money who will never get paid a single cent for their work. Class action lawsuit deserving level of scam.

I'm trying really hard to like Benable as I'm a content creator and I can see the pros... but the cons are bad:

The app (whether on phone or laptop) is very glitchy, the customer support is horrendous (the staff are unfamiliar with their own product and unable to answer simple troubleshooting questions) and it's a bit confusing at first... not as intuitive as other apps.

Hoping to change my review but these are my initial thoughts after 36 hours of my support emails going unanswered and the woman on support (name beginning with B) completely gas-lighting my question.
