THE MOST INEPT ENERGY COMPANY IN THE UK

The most stupid energy provider there is.
I got a bill at my new address sent to "The Occupier".
I went online to register details following the link they provided on the letter and it asked for name address etc and then it said 'not a recognised account'.
Despite following THEIR link to set up a new account.
So I sent them an email and explained... That email bounced back with 'This email is not registered to an Ovo account'. So I called them and waited 15 minutes for them to answer, when they did I tried to pay over the phone only to be told, 'you can't pay until you setup an account. I said I'd tried that online and it didn't work. She set the account up over the phone... Great, I said, now can I pay!
No, she replied, you have to wait for an email to confirm the account.
I got the email, went through the account setup through the 'setup new account' link and it said we have sent you a confirmation to verify your email. It never arrived. Tried again. It never arrived.
So I called again (15 mins again) only to be told that the link wouldn't work for 48 hours. I wasn't told that on the phone and nowhere did it say that on the email and also why did it say 'we have sent an email to vefify you' when their system when it couldn't for 48 hours and even then not without me going through the process again.
LITERALLY, THE MOST INEPT, STUPID ENERGY COMPANY IN THE UK...!!!

UPDATE: They emailed me in response to this review, we exchanged a few emails, then they sent an email asking me to confirm my email...!!!
WHAT...?? We already emailed each other 4 times.

As I said... THE MOST STUPID ENERGY COMPANY EVER...!!!!

Superb

Superb. Quick one-day delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the description on the website was wrong (the colour wasn't accurate)... But no big deal, I returned it and they credited me back the same day they received it...!

The BEST mobile provider in the UK

I read the reviews here and thought they were too good, but I have to say that Lebara is the BEST mobile provider out there. They use the Vodafone network, so signal is good, and inclusive of roaming and international calling. Customer service is superb (shout out to Madhuri Wanjari) and second to none. The call centre is responsive and knowledgeable. I came from Voxi. Don't get me started on Voxi, take a look at their reviews on Trustpilot...!!

Delivery slow. You pay returns cost. But price good

4 stars because, same as others mentioned here... Painfully long delivery times, 5 weeks for my last order, (but popular items arrive within a week) Also you pay for returns to Belfast (£5.39 for a jacket, Royal Mail signed for). So why 4 stars?
...Because the prices are awesome, the quality and style looks like double the price you paid. But yeah, the long delivery times are long, but accept that and it's all good

Terrible, slow and poor watch service

This review is for the service, not the watch.
I sent my Endurance Pro to be serviced, and it's not cheap, but I thought I would get a proper professional job done. After they received it they said that they would look at it in 4 weeks... What!!? Why would they want it sent simply to sit on it for nearly a month?
When I sent it, it had a dirty rubber strap, it was sent back and not even cleaned. Never using them again

"Price Match Promise" is a worthless lie...!

Their "Price Match Promise" is utterly worthless... After paying Booking.com I found a cheaper deal on the hotel's own website. I claimed price match, and booking.com asked for proof, fair enough. I sent screen grabs, then they said they wanted a link. I sent that. Then they claimed that the hotel didn't include a meal deal. I told them that they could see from my booking with them that they didn't include a meal deal either. Then they asked for proof, yet it was completely clear from their own booking... I literally gave up...!

I bought resale tickets. They changed my tickets from electronic download before concert to, electronic download on the day and finally to 'meet with the seller on site to collect'... WHAT...???
So you have to book travel and a hotel for the night on the chance that the seller will show up.
Viagogo won't ever answer the phone, and they have a callback system, but they never called back.
Am going to use TICKETMASTER only next time!

Scam subscription fees..

Terrible service... I unsubscribed 9 days before end of subscription and they still billed me £39.99. I told PayPal and they credited it immediately. They said it was an known issue with Match. I asked if they wanted proof with my 'subscription cancellation confirmation' mail, they said they didn't even need that.
100's of profiles to view, mostly fake. Much better results from Hinge or Bumble

UTTERLY USELESS! No other company compares!!

Quite simply, the shoddiest most useless outfit I have ever come across in ANY service industry, not just property agency. I rented thru them. I cannot possibly list here the numerous issues. In particular 1 issue tho... They told me that after rental it required cleaning at £200. I looked at the check-out report, it stated "No cleaning required". So they attempted to commit FRAUD and take money from my deposit. That's how low this company is. AND they took 2 MONTHS to refund my deposit!

What does that mean to everyone?

Do not bother with the call centre!

The call centre based overseas is so utterly pathetic it beggars belief.
Literally such utterly useless call centre support.
I explain that I followed the instructions on Vodafone website to activate WiFi calling on my Samsung S22 Ultra and that the setting doesn't exist there as shown on website.
20 minutes of pointless questions, put on hold 3 times for 3 -5 minutes each time. Guess what he sends me...
A text to the link on the website that I told him I had gone to 20 minutes earlier and that the setting as shown doesn't exist.
In short... I tell him the problem and 20 minutes later I have to tell him the same thing all over again!!!
Jeez!!!

Terrible customer service..

Terrible customer service... Just terrible... I ordered a speaker 1st November 2022... They lost it in transit and kept saying 'we are trying to locate it via carrier... 10 Days later I said, just cancel it and credit me. All messages via WhatsApp online, so I have the records. No credit received. 3(!!!) further contacts and broken promises and here I am 1½ months later STILL waiting for a credit!!

Terrible service

Halfords Farnham... Terrible service. I was promised a scooter repair in 2 days. That never happened and I never got a phone call. Unable to contact them via the call centre on 5 occasions. 3 times I was told they were't taking calls! 2 times I was promised they would call back. They didn't. Eventually I got through and was told that they would call me the next day to confirm repair, I could tell from the persons attitude that he had no intention whatsoever of contacting me, and needless to say... He didn't. Eventually I had to raise an official complaint before anyone would bother to contact me. Finally got my scooters back 1 week later than promised

Adda tyres great. Halfords useless

Asda tyres super good. No problems!
Halford fitting service utterly useless. What is the point of making an appointment for 2pm and then being told it will take 2.5 hours. Seriously!? and they told me this is always the case. So making an appointment is no different to being a walk-in customer. Do Halfords not understand the concept of 'an appointment' and what is meant to happen??
