Excellent speedy delivery

Excellent, super speedy service and delivery. I paid just a teeny bit extra, for 'expedited delivery', just £3 that's all. Ordered 1.00pm on a Thursday, arrived with me 250 miles away at 10.15am on the Friday. My daughter a very happy girl getting her Skateboard for the Birthday weekend! Thank you K8ES SK8S..!

Small issue resolved

There was a small issue with my Nib, but these guys kindly offered a refund. Superb service and slightly unexpected. Thank you, I will definitely use these guys again.

Morning Caddy,
I've just spoken to the customer services team to find out who you dealt with. The lady in question is relatively new and mortified that she had given incorrect information to a customer.
All Lamy nibs are tested before being packed and because the factory is ultra modern and fully automated, ink residue is often left on the nibs after the washing process. I've just checked a handful of random Lamy nibs and 30-40% of them have ink residue.

Our customer services team member was right about us not selling second hand nibs but wrong about blue oil, for which we apologise. The team will give you a refund for the nib and postage are a gesture of our goodwill and hope this restores your faith in The Pen Shop.

The most complex logon procedure of any…

The most complex logon procedure of any bank I know.

I have accounts across 4 banks for various reasons, currency, interest % paid etc etc. Yorkshire Bank adopt the most complex procedure of all to logon.

When you go online, you HAVE to have the app to logon as it wants you to go to the app to confirm. So when your phone battery is gone, or you have no mobile service you're stuffed! Simple as that... You can't get access!

Really good and easy to use

Really good and easy to use. Superb customer service, second to none. Never once had any problem, the superb customer service was used at the beginning, never since. 5 stars all the way. Well done guys.
Came to Nimbl from Go Henry, don't even get me started on them,,,!!!

Will not be buying from here again

Will not be buying from here again. Ridiculous delivery policy. I ordered an expensive watch, so you'd think they could spend a little more money with their courier.
NO.
Got confirmation of delivery "by end of next day"
I called Goldsmiths and said can you give me a time slot?
Their answer... NO must have my signature
Safe place...? NO. Must have my signature
With neighbour...? NO. Must have my signature
So I'm expected to give my employer no notice of needing an entire day off to wait for this delivery.
I called Goldsmiths and advised them it's not 1980 any longer. It's 2019 and surely they could make arrangements.

... You guessed it... NO

DHL, were equally scathing of them, saying Goldsmiths would not agree to anything else in their contract with them, adding that "We get loads of failed deliveries with them"
