Terrible service

Halfords Farnham... Terrible service. I was promised a scooter repair in 2 days. That never happened and I never got a phone call. Unable to contact them via the call centre on 5 occasions. 3 times I was told they were't taking calls! 2 times I was promised they would call back. They didn't. Eventually I got through and was told that they would call me the next day to confirm repair, I could tell from the persons attitude that he had no intention whatsoever of contacting me, and needless to say... He didn't. Eventually I had to raise an official complaint before anyone would bother to contact me. Finally got my scooters back 1 week later than promised
